The mirror arrived unexpectedly today without prior notification or tracking details from Amazon. There seems to be confusion around the order status, similar to previous incidents in [redacted] and [redacted], where I was wrongly accused and investigated for fraudulent activities. I suspect someone may have used my previous contact details to create another Affirm account. I seek clarification on the delivery and the existence of multiple Affirm accounts to prevent any misunderstandings.

I am reaching out regarding a recent dispute I had with Dresswear House, which was financed through your company. I faced an issue with a dress that I received from them, as it did not fit. Despite contacting them promptly for a return authorization within 2 days, I was informed that the item was not returnable. However, the dress was not labeled as such on their website and is still being sold without this disclaimer. I am receiving emails stating that my application has been approved. I did not apply for any additional Affirm payments. I made a purchase from Pottery Barn Teen and still have three payments remaining. On Friday at 9:15 pm, I received a call from one of your account representatives informing me that an attempt was made to purchase an iPad using my Affirm account at Verizon. I am worried that someone may have accessed my account or is using my information to apply for credit. Can you confirm that I only owe three payments for the Minecraft neon light from Pottery Barn Teen and have no other outstanding debts with Affirm? I attempted to create an Affirm account but encountered an issue because it seems I had already opened one years ago, which I never used and had forgotten about. While trying to update my phone number, I received a verification code via text, but the system also attempted to send one to my email, which I never received. I have made multiple attempts, ensured my email is correct, and I do receive other emails from Affirm, just not the verification code necessary to access my account or create a new one.

I have been attempting to log into my account, but the email associated with it is no longer valid. After changing jobs, I now have a personal email. I have been struggling to resolve this issue for several days. I was able to speak with someone over the phone tonight, explained my situation, provided my current email, and was informed that I would receive an email allowing me to update my email address to regain access to my account and update all my information. I contacted customer care yesterday because I had set up auto-pay for two loans, but the payments didn't go through. I received a late payment notification, which surprised me as I never received any indication that a manual payment was required. I paid both loans immediately upon receiving the first late payment alert. Despite having multiple loans with affirm and a history of timely payments, I was declined for pre-approval the day after these late payments. Customer service said there were no late payments showing, but I respectfully ask for a review and the removal of the late payment records. I believe this issue shouldn't impact my account since I relied on auto-pay and promptly made the payments as soon as I was notified of the late status.

I am disappointed with the Visa card experience. Affirm mentioned it works anywhere Visa is accepted, but the need for pre-planning and a two-hour time limit makes it similar to using Affirm directly. The 10% fee also applies, which feels unnecessary. I prefer using my debit card for everyday purchases, reserving the Visa card for groceries and non-covered items. The excuse of not controlling the time limit and charging a fee on the day of purchase seems deceitful. I am regretting getting the Visa card.

I asked my bank to send online payments for my four accounts, but the payments got returned. Account 5F8O was sent to TrueAccord Corp for debt collection, account NJFB had a returned check, and I don't know where to send the payment. I suspect the accounts have gone to a third-party collection agency. Today, I made small payments to the last two accounts, 20EN and SBH1, to test. Can someone from Affirm please investigate my accounts and inform me where I should send the payments? Thank you. Affirm previously advised me to pay what and when I could during financial hardship to avoid debt collection, but it seems to have changed. I need a prompt response to restart payments to the correct contact.

I am writing regarding payments made to Angie for services that were never rendered or cancelled. I recently contacted Affirm about this matter, but my email was sent to their Canadian office. The three monthly payments totaling $[redacted].52 each to Angie were supposedly refunded to my account a few weeks ago as the service was never actually delivered. Moreover, the recurring $32 lawn service payment was cancelled after the first installment due to problems with the hired contractor. Despite attempts to reach out to Angie following a past due notification, I have had no success, but I remain committed to resolving these payment discrepancies.
