I used to work at a 7-11 store while attending college and juggling another job. Despite my efforts to complete tasks and even take a nap after finishing, the management at the [redacted] on Central Avenue in Scarsdale did not address any issues or concerns with me. I was abruptly fired without any prior warning or feedback. I believe the managers were neglectful in their duties by not addressing problems I raised, such as low coffee supplies. It is unfair that I lost my job when I was actively trying to improve the store’s operations. I feel I deserve the opportunity to be rehired given the lack of communication and support from the management team.

I recently had a troubling experience at one of your 7-Eleven locations on Beverly Blvd. The cashier refused to use the second register to apply my discount using the 7-Eleven app for a fountain drink I purchased. I felt humiliated when she shouted that I had no money, which was untrue. This is not the first time I have encountered this type of service. I witnessed at least four others being treated disrespectfully. Despite returning the cup, she still charged me the full price and refused a refund or the drink, essentially stealing from me. I hope this issue can be addressed as this behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am currently at the 7-Eleven located in Perry, Michigan. I placed the items I intended to purchase back on the shelves and exited the store. My experience involved selecting a milk and a snack, approaching the counter to pay, and discovering that despite being next in line, the cashier chose to serve customers who arrived after me. This happened twice, and I felt disregarded and unseen. During my wait, another employee wearing blue gloves for food safety was observed eating and talking while handling items. This concerning behavior made me question the store's food safety practices. The overall encounter left me feeling disgusted, disrespected, and disappointed in the level of customer service provided. I have decided not to return to this 7-Eleven, and I will advise my family and friends against visiting as well. The issues I witnessed today, from poor service to cleanliness, contribute to the negative reputation some 7-Eleven locations might face.

I recently had a negative experience at a 7-Eleven store with an employee named Francisco. I felt very intimidated by his behavior. Despite my height and weight, his response to a simple question made me uneasy. Upon entering the store, I politely asked how long the items on the grill had been there. Francisco rudely told me to leave and insulted me. He even challenged me to a fight behind the counter. His assumption that I was under the influence because I wanted to buy food early in the morning upset me, as I take my sobriety seriously. Customer service is crucial, and no one should feel unwelcome or disrespected. I believe it's important for 7-Eleven to address this issue to prevent further incidents and maintain a positive shopping environment for customers.

Hello, I hope you're well. My name is Darrin Norville, and I encountered an issue when I loaded my card two weeks ago. Unfortunately, I haven't received assistance with my two disputes submitted under reference numbers (Ca[redacted]) and (Cs[redacted]) for a deposit totaling $[redacted], which includes a $4 fee. As a college student at NSU, I am in need of these funds to cover my expenses. I kindly request your prompt attention to resolve this matter. Thank you for your time.

I had a rewards account that suddenly stopped working and 3,[redacted] points disappeared. According to customer service, my balance expired due to inactivity in Jan [redacted], even though I used the app regularly until June. I reached out via email several times to explain this, but no resolution. Now, using my phone number, [redacted], I am unable to link it to my account for the points I've accumulated, around 3,[redacted]. If the old and new points were combined, I'd have over 7,[redacted] points. My account number is [redacted][redacted]38 under Joseph Harp or Joe Harp. The store owner where I shop can confirm my purchases. I buy 7select Jones sodas and would like to redeem my points. I'm unsure whether to continue using my phone number to log in or the app. I believe I should at least receive the 3,[redacted] recent points and perhaps consideration for the lost points due to the deactivation error. Thank you for your attention. - Joe

My friend, C. M., and I were at the 7-11 on Hwy. 27 and Dundee Rd. in Dundee, Florida around 5 a.m. getting coffee. While she was exiting the restroom, the door slammed on her hand, causing her pain. I heard her cry out and rushed to help. The employee provided her with an ice pack for her swelling hand. When I asked for the employee's name, she declined to give it, mentioning the presence of security cameras. I inquired about speaking to the manager, only to learn there was only an owner with whom we later communicated via text. Despite his promise to follow up, we haven't received any response since. As a witness with a background in management and a family history of owning businesses in Polk County, I find the owner's lack of communication disappointing and unprofessional. We have been patient, but the situation needs to be addressed promptly.

I was wrongfully terminated from my job due to inadequate training and unfair treatment. Despite being corrected for a mistake on 9-30-19, my termination ensued. The District Manager, with whom I had a brief 33-day acquaintance, intimidated me following the incident. He has been speaking ill of me to colleagues, tarnishing my reputation. I am prepared to pursue legal action to uphold my character. My co-workers are willing to support me in this matter. I possess evidence, including training records, to dispute my improper termination. Though I have reached out to HR, the investigation seems prolonged, possibly to evade confronting the evidence I hold. During my termination, the DM physically obstructed me from accessing emails to validate my correction. This unsettling experience led me to leave the premises with apprehension. I have all communications preserved for reference.

I am writing about an incident I experienced at the 7-Eleven on Mission Road in Lincoln Heights, Los Angeles, California yesterday around 2 a.m. When I went in for a Slurpee, I noticed the counter was sticky and messy with Slurpee spillage. As I reached for a cup, I spotted a large roach crawling around where the cups were kept. I informed the worker, who seemed indifferent and only sprayed raid without addressing the cleanliness or closing the store. Despite the store displaying an 'A' grade, the situation was unsanitary and alarming. After witnessing this, I only purchased pre-packaged items due to the unsanitary conditions. The worker also falsely accused me of stealing, which was unacceptable. I left feeling shocked and disappointed by the lack of concern for hygiene and customer service. I have video evidence of the incident if needed. Thank you.

I intend to file federal charges against the male clerk, either Kevin or Devin, and the 7-Eleven franchise located at [redacted] Austin Bluffs Parkway in Colorado Springs, Colorado, for violating the Americans with Disabilities Act. This morning, my licensed service dog and I experienced an inappropriate, inaccurate, insulting, embarrassing, and demeaning confrontation at this 7-Eleven branch around 7:45 AM. The female clerk failed to provide me with a receipt, which I needed, and displayed rude behavior throughout the incident. Additionally, I was instructed to clean a microwave after a product I purchased exploded due to incorrect cooking directions and was directed in a loud and insensitive manner to the wrong sink. Consequently, I will seek legal action for ADA violations against the male clerk and defamation of character against both employees and the 7-Eleven store at the mentioned address. Despite my respectful and appropriate conduct, I left the store feeling unfairly treated, causing unnecessary distress on what was supposed to be a pleasant Saturday for me and my service dog. Expect to hear from my lawyer soon. Thank you, CBKisling.

I am an employee at a location here in Las Vegas and I am unsure who to contact about a concerning situation with my manager's manager. She lacks professionalism and has accused me of stealing money, specifically claiming I took a $20 bill from the register. However, upon closer inspection of the surveillance video, it was actually another employee who took the money. Despite my honesty and the evidence proving my innocence, I was still suspended for three days due to baseless accusations of theft of cigarettes, which I do not even smoke. I believe this manager should face consequences for falsely accusing me and causing unnecessary stress. It is unfair to treat employees this way. I feel the need to address this issue as it could have serious implications on my job and reputation. Thank you.

I sent a message earlier about purchasing a $10 lottery ticket that I misread as $20 due to not having my reading glasses. When I thought I won $[redacted] and brought it to the clerk's attention, he seemed unsure and counted the money oddly before leaving it in piles on the counter. Once home, I noticed the ticket was actually worth $26, resulting in a $60 shortfall. If this isn't resolved, I will contact the Better Business Bureau, the Santa Fe Springs Lottery, corporate, and ultimately the Bellflower Police Department for assistance.

I accidentally tripped over the black rug placed in front of the door and fell, injuring my legs. Despite there being two workers present, nobody offered assistance. I am looking to file a complaint and possibly speak to my lawyer about the unsafe placement of throw carpets at the location. The incident was captured on video and occurred on December 26, [redacted], between 4:45 and 4:55 am at the 7 Eleven on Independence Blvd in Virginia Beach ([redacted]). The staff's response was insensitive, asking me to calm down despite my pain, without offering medical help. Deborah Ihde

I recently signed up for 7-11 rewards by linking my phone number to the rewards card. After losing the physical card, I continued to use my phone number for three months before trying to access my points online. Unfortunately, I realized I needed the card number to create an online account. I reached out to customer service, but in the midst of the process, my phone broke, and I had to change my number. I discovered I could link a new card to my old number in-store to access my points on the app. However, upon checking, I found discrepancies in my points balance and how they were accrued, especially regarding hot beverage purchases. I believe I should be receiving more points for my transactions and hot beverages based on my frequent visits to 7-11. I am disappointed by the inconsistencies and hope to resolve this issue promptly to ensure I receive all the points I have earned.

My spouse and I visited our local 7-11 last night, and once again, our rewards card failed to work. This has happened around 5 to 6 times now. It seems the issue lies with the staff not knowing how to correctly input our information into their system. When my wife addressed this, one employee reacted inappropriately by yelling and screaming at her. The situation was so intense that I could hear it from inside my car with the windows up. This behavior is completely unacceptable. My wife, who is a petite person, was alone in the store with this aggressive man. We request a formal apology from him and assurance that he will face consequences for his actions. He should not be allowed to work unsupervised at night until he learns to control his temper. This incident needs to be addressed promptly to ensure the safety and well-being of all customers at your store.

I had a concerning experience at the [redacted] on Mountain Spring Road in Las Vegas, Nevada. A female employee used inappropriate language towards me when I accidentally spilled coffee from the dispenser. Despite my attempts to clean it up, she berated me about potential burns and lawsuits. I made it clear I wasn't looking for compensation but just trying to be helpful. Even after I voiced my concerns to another staff member, the reaction was unprofessional. I am a security officer and a customer and don't appreciate being spoken to in such a disrespectful manner. I believe this behavior should not be tolerated in a public space like a convenience store. I feel the employee should face consequences for her actions - she should be fired. It's important to maintain a courteous and professional environment for all customers.

I visited the store at 4:15 am for some coffee. I noticed the remaining coffee was old and asked for a fresh pot but was told they only make it at 6 am. The clerk, who mentioned she was the store manager, firmly stated they wouldn't make a new pot until 6 am and seemed uninterested in my feedback about the usual practice of fresh coffee. When I mentioned contacting the owner and 7/11, the manager sarcastically wished me a good day, and the interaction ended with a bit of tension. I have been a loyal customer at this store for 18 years and have never experienced such disrespect.

I misplaced $20 using the scratch lottery machine at a store in South Warsaw, New York. Despite being informed that the manager, Shirley, would contact me, she never did. I visited the store three times and was assured each time that Shirley would reach out, but she hasn't. I am concerned she may be keeping the money or not addressing the issue. I don't require the $20 badly enough to fabricate this situation. During my visits, an employee mentioned not seeing the bill in the machine and suggested checking the security cameras. When I inserted the second twenty, a message appeared prompting me to see the retailer. Regrettably, I didn't capture the message. When the employee checked the machine, the $20 was not visible. I urge the store to review the security footage to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

On 3/11/[redacted] at 8:13 pm, I made a $[redacted].00 deposit to my Go Bank account at 7-Eleven store number [redacted] located at [redacted] Federal, Federal Heights CO. I used my Go Bank debit card, and after the transaction, which included $3.95 processing fee and $20.00 for gas, the total came to $[redacted].95. However, upon checking my account at home, the $[redacted].00 deposit was missing. When I returned to the 7-Eleven, the cashier was unable to assist, stating my bank needed to resolve the issue. After contacting my bank, I was informed they couldn't help as the money was deposited into a different account. Despite several attempts to reach the manager at 7-Eleven, I encountered unprofessional and rude behavior. I even missed a court date due to the situation. I am troubled by the missing funds and the account mix-up. My contact number is [redacted], and I go by the name B. Fahey.

Hello, my name is Pastor Dewight Mays. Today, around 5:20, I entered the store and went to the counter to pay for two super big gulps. As I was paying, I mentioned to the assistant supervisor that I have a tax exemption. He rudely commented on it and showed disrespect for no reason. In self-defense, I objected to his behavior. His colleague, a black female, was also very rude and disrespectful. The incident occurred at store location [redacted] S Western Ave. She even threw my tax exemption on the floor. I would appreciate it if an investigation could be conducted into this matter promptly. Please contact me at [redacted]. This is my statement regarding what occurred, and I hope for swift action to be taken. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
