I have been trying to contact my former store located on Broncos Parkway and Jordan Road in Parker, Colorado regarding my W2 form. The store manager has been unresponsive and refuses to disclose where my W2 was sent. She directed other employees to take messages, stating she doesn't want to speak with me and claims to not know the whereabouts of my tax forms. I simply wish to confirm the address they have on file for delivery, as I have not received it yet and she is the only one who can provide this information. I prefer to receive my W2 electronically via email, but physical mail is acceptable too. I find her lack of professionalism concerning and I would like to file a complaint. I am frustrated by the delay in obtaining my essential tax documents and the disrespect shown, especially considering my employment has concluded. I kindly request prompt assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

Upset Encounter at Local 7-11 - On 3/13/19, at 1:12 AM, I visited the 7-11 at [redacted] W 47th Ave, Denver, CO [redacted]. A clerk, not in standard uniform, had difficulty canceling my transaction to scan my [redacted] affinity card. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she responded rudely and inappropriately. Despite this negative experience, I found irony in the situation. I am interested in seeing if the district manager addresses this conduct.

I work at 7 Eleven on Mesa Ridge Parkway in Fountain, Colorado. I was requesting a few days off for my daughter's appointment and birthday, and my manager, Alan Du, started belittling me, calling me a bad parent, and using inappropriate language towards me. When I needed to call out due to childcare issues, he was unsupportive and disrespectful, questioning why I should even have a job. He later called and continued to yell at me for discussing the situation with a coworker. His behavior towards female employees, including myself, has been consistently rude. These recent incidents have been distressing, causing me to cry. I am seeking help to address his unacceptable treatment of employees before considering legal actions. There have been multiple complaints about his behavior from customers as well.

I visited your store in Island Park, New York on Austin Blvd between 10-10:30 p.m. I wore a green hooded sweater. I bought two packs of boiled eggs, two 7-11 green tea drinks, and a bag of cheddar and sour cream chips, paying with cash. The cashier gave me a foreign coin, possibly from China or Japan, instead of a U.S. quarter. I suspect this was intentional as he needed to check the coin. This complaint requires your attention. Please reach out to me through your Human Resources Department. Thank you.

I would like to report an incident with one of your cashiers at the 7-Eleven located at the corner of Edsa East Ave., Quezon City. On March 20, [redacted], at 3:00 pm, a male cashier asked me to provide smaller change for the food I bought with a ₱1,[redacted] bill. When I explained I didn't have smaller notes, he asked me to wait. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, he sat down and appeared to be preoccupied. When I politely inquired how long I would have to wait for my change, as I had other plans, he rudely replied it depended on when another customer paid with smaller bills. I asked for his supervisor or colleague to help him find change, but he arrogantly refused. He even suggested I go to the bank myself to get change. It was frustrating as his attitude was disrespectful, and he did not have a nameplate on. I wasn't able to get his name, but I urge you to provide customer service training to your employees. Please review the CCTV footage to witness his rude behavior and lack of professionalism. Thank you.

I visited the 7-Eleven on Tramway and Copper in Albuquerque, New Mexico. As I approached the counter, there was no greeting from the tall, dark-haired lady working there. I asked her to check my lotto tickets for me, but she didn't do it and proceeded to ring me up with an unhappy expression. When I tried to pay with my card, she informed me that they were not accepting credit or debit purchases due to their machines being down. I was frustrated that this wasn't communicated earlier. After some back and forth, I ended up paying for only the zinger I had in my mouth with cash. I felt her customer service skills were lacking and I left feeling unwelcome. I hope this feedback can help improve the service at this location. Thank you.

I recently visited the store on Del Monte Blvd in Marina, CA. During my visit, I interacted with a young employee with light hair at the counter. After cashing in a $50 scratcher, I wanted to buy more tickets, get $20 gas, and a pack of Camel Filters. However, when informed they only had Camel 99s, I decided not to purchase them. Despite this, the employee scanned the Camel 99s and made a rude comment when I declined, causing me to leave without making any purchases. The incident left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, and I have doubts about returning to the store in the future. Sincerely, D. G.

I visited the Craigieburn 7-11 on Thursday, April 4th, around 6:30 pm to grab a coffee. While there, I witnessed a customer using both coffee machines simultaneously. I politely informed him it wasn't appropriate as others might need to use them, similar to a past experience at the Meadow Heights store. However, at Craigieburn, I was met with rudeness from an employee named Sam, approximately 20 years old. Despite my calm demeanor, I was sworn at, asked to leave, and refused service. This treatment is completely unacceptable. Regardless of the situation, I didn't deserve such disrespect. I would like for this issue to be investigated further and appropriate action taken. The incident has deeply upset me. I am Wes K., and my contact number is [redacted].

I visited the 7-11 in Charlack, MO [redacted] and purchased 2 7Ups. The sign in front of the bottles in the cooler indicated 2 for $2.50, but I was charged incorrectly. Upon showing the cashier, he fixed the price. However, I was then charged $0.64 tax for a $2.50 purchase, which I found excessive. The manager checked the cooler price, which didn't seem to justify the high tax amount. I feel compelled to report this issue to the relevant authorities as I believe customers are being taken advantage of. It is disheartening to see businesses engaging in practices that feel like theft. I am 60 years old and weary of such occurrences. I paid with my debit card, so I have a record of the transaction, despite discarding the receipt. The high charges at your store are concerning, and I hope this can be addressed promptly.

My spouse and I frequent the Seven Eleven on Robinson and Primrose near downtown Orlando multiple times a day, often reaching four or five visits. Currently, there is a solo worker at this store who just informed my husband, "I will not accept your money here." When questioned, she stated, "I do whatever I want." Earlier, another employee asked him to strip down to his underwear to check for theft. This behavior is unacceptable, and I find it demeaning and harassing. Kindly reach out to me at [redacted] at your earliest convenience. I am greatly offended.

I purchased a bag of jalapeno cheddar popcorn from 7 Company. Upon eating it at home, my husband noticed that it was expired, with a date of April 21, [redacted]. I am surprised that stores like 7 Eleven are selling expired items. Loyal customers like us trust the reputation and goodwill of a store chain like 7 Eleven and usually do not check the details. This incident has really shaken my trust. I have photos of the packaging if needed. It's important to address this situation to regain the trust of a customer who has been disappointed. -Aradhana K. The cashiers at the 7-Eleven store at Forest Ln & Central Expwy in Dallas, TX, on 05/31/[redacted] at 9:10 pm, were very impolite and unprofessional. One of the cashiers, ABBA, who is pregnant, used foul language with customers and remained seated while the line grew long on a busy Friday night. This behavior, along with her colleague Salam arguing with customers, made my usual stop for coffee, snacks, and gas a disappointing experience. Despite normally ignoring such attitudes, I was embarrassed by their conduct in front of the long line of waiting customers. When I mistakenly handed over a lottery ticket slip without highlighting the Mega Play, their reaction was unwarranted. As I work with people in a hospital setting, I find such treatment of customers completely unacceptable. The store's surveillance cameras can confirm the situation.

I accidentally left $[redacted] in the ATM. When I returned, the staff refused to check the cameras. I mentioned calling the police, which led to a threat. After being sent to the back for a phone charger, the staff member disappeared for 10 minutes. Upon returning, they claimed he had gone home. Despite going to Arby's, I found the same staff member still there. They are uncooperative and won't assist with reviewing the footage. Despite their promises, I feel like an outsider when seeking help, and they even hung up on me.

On June 23rd, my spouse and I visited the store located at [redacted] Hwy 17 around 7:10 pm. As we stepped in, we went towards the hotdog section only to find it empty. Moving to the hot foods area, we discovered everything was dried out. I approached the employee at the register, inquiring about the lack of hotdogs, to which he simply shook his head. Back in Virginia, there was always an option to eat something. Having relocated to Myrtle Beach SC two years ago, we miss the convenience. Previously, at 7-Eleven, we could grab snacks and hot dogs even late at night except during cleaning hours, usually around 10 pm. Unlike our past experiences, at this store, there was no one attending the hot food section, and the employee seemed disinterested. Disappointed, my partner and I chose not to make a purchase and left. It's disheartening to see the difference in service from what we were accustomed to in Virginia. We wish there was a 7-Eleven closer to Myrtle Beach SC.

Recently, I visited the 7-Eleven store to play a game of keno. I waited for almost 2 minutes as the clerk was busy texting on his phone. When I tried to play the game, my keno slips were rejected due to using a red pen, so I had to redo them. Despite asking politely, the clerk rudely refused to help me and instead berated me for requesting service. This behavior was unacceptable, especially since I work as a night manager at a fast-food restaurant where phone use on the job is prohibited. As a 60-year-old veteran, I believe customers should be treated with respect and not subjected to such unprofessional conduct.

I had a disturbing experience at the store on Platt Springs Road, Lexington, SC [redacted] this morning. A cashier attempted to steal $20 from me. Despite my request, they refused to check the security cameras immediately. The manager also ignored my concerns at first. After much persistence, they finally checked the cameras and admitted the mistake. However, I was wrongly accused of stealing a lighter and banned from the store. This situation tarnished my reputation in front of other customers. I demand an apology and compensation for this humiliating treatment. I would like to speak directly with the owner or franchisee to address this situation promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Employee Behavior at Seven Eleven Store To Whom It May Concern, I wish to report an incident with an extremely unprofessional and rude employee working at the Seven Eleven store located at [redacted] E. Gonzales Road in Oxnard, CA. Around 2:50 am, I entered the store to purchase cigarettes. The employee, who was seated by the counter, did not greet me but instead gave me an unwelcoming glance and made me feel uncomfortable. As I browsed the cigarette selection, I found my preferred brand out of stock. While deciding on an alternative, the employee abruptly and rudely told me to return when I knew what I wanted. His tone was condescending and unprofessional. When I expressed my displeasure, he raised his voice and yelled at me, creating a distressing situation. I have visited many Seven Eleven stores worldwide, and this experience was the worst. Customers like me contribute to the success of Seven Eleven, and employees should provide respectful service. I request appropriate action be taken against this employee for their misconduct. I hope this behavior is not impacting other customers. Please address this matter promptly. Sincerely, J.

Every day, I visit 7-Eleven for my coffee, lottery tickets, and gas. Each time, I am consistently asked if I want to download the 7-Eleven app. It is becoming frustrating to deal with this repetitive inquiry, and if it persists, it might lead me to stop patronizing this store for my needs. I understand that the cashier is just doing their job, but the daily push for the app is becoming bothersome. I have politely declined every time, and I believe I should be able to conduct my transactions without being continuously asked the same question. This specific store is located in the Woodcrest area on Washington and Van Buren. Please refrain from sending any promotional emails.

During my visit to the location, I approached the roller grill items when a short lady confronted me, instructing me to wait in line next time and then ask for assistance. I explained that I was simply browsing and not yet seeking help. Disregarding my explanation, she dismissively mentioned that she was only advising me and then refused to assist me, took off her gloves, and walked away. As I left the store, I noticed she and another male employee were laughing and waving at me mockingly from the window. This unpleasant encounter occurred at the Maitland summit tower location in Maitland, Florida on 08/15/[redacted]. I left feeling disappointed and hungry, missing out on a meal before heading to work due to the rude behavior of your employees.

I have recently made a complaint via your customer service hotline with the number CS[redacted]. At the 7 Eleven store in Orlando located at [redacted] Central Florida Parkway, I encountered some issues. Despite requesting gas for pump #5, the employees mistakenly pumped $40 on pump #4. Later, when I was allowed to use pump #5, they stopped it at $14.35 claiming we had taken $30 of gas. They even gave me the wrong receipt showing a $12 lotto purchase and $30 of gas, while I actually bought a $20 lotto ticket and paid $40 for gas. We were forced to go to another gas station to pump gas. We possess the correct receipt to verify this incident.
