I recently visited the 7-Eleven on Martown Road in Parkersburg, WV to purchase cigarettes. When asked for my ID by the cashier, I initially complained but eventually retrieved it. However, the cashier still refused to sell me the cigarettes, and I believe it was due to my sexual orientation. I suffer from mental health issues which often make it difficult for me to leave my home, and 7-Eleven has been a convenient place for me to shop and use the ATM for banking services. If this matter is not resolved, I may have to seek legal assistance as I should not be denied access to the store because of my sexual orientation and further mistreated by the staff to the point where I reacted harshly. It is unfair to target someone with mental challenges in this manner.

I need to discuss an incident at the 7-Eleven on Martown Rd Rt95 in Parkersburg, WV. I felt mentally manipulated and disrespected by the cashier. Although I used strong language toward them, it was in response to their behavior. I rely on this store for essential transactions like paying rent, and being banned impacts my daily life due to my struggles with my mental health. I would appreciate the opportunity to explain the situation further if someone is willing to listen. Please contact me promptly at [redacted].

I attempted to contact customer care but was unable to due to it being the weekend. I need to report an incident of rude behavior by one of your employees at the 7/11 located on [redacted] Hawthorn Road, Caulfield. On Saturday at 5:28 pm, the card machine was not functioning, and the employee insisted on us paying with cash despite showing him a petrol voucher we had already purchased. After we paid in cash, I politely asked him to be more respectful to customers, which resulted in a confrontation where he blamed me for not understanding how the voucher worked. He further escalated the situation by barring me from returning to the store, claiming he was the manager. As I was leaving, he even locked the door, forcing me to request him to unlock it, which felt threatening. Additionally, he made a racist remark by mentioning my nationality in a derogatory manner. I would like appropriate action taken, or I will have to involve law enforcement.

I needed water. I have been a loyal customer to your store in the same area for the past decade, but I must express my disappointment with the quality of service recently. The water racks were not adequately filled, and one of the water bottles was pushed too far back for me to reach. When I asked the young employee for assistance, he rudely told me to get it myself. This occurred at the store on Decatur and Vegas Drive in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a veteran of the United States Army, I believe in respect and honor, especially towards older customers like myself who frequent your store. I urge you to address this matter and ensure that your staff reflects the values of your business. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Melvin Gibson Jr.

I would like to report an issue at the 7-Eleven located at the corner of Clarcona Ocoee and Pine Hills Road in Orlando, Florida. I am a regular customer at this store, visiting almost daily to play the Lottery, buy drinks, and tobacco products. On the evening of December fourth around 9:30 p.m., I made a purchase and noticed a spill on the counter that appeared to be coffee or chocolate milk. I politely mentioned it to the cashier so that it could be cleaned to avoid others getting their money or wallets dirty. Unfortunately, the cashier responded rudely, and after a brief exchange of words, he even threatened to call the police on me. I have also noticed this employee handling food items without washing his hands or wearing gloves. He is an individual of Indian or Arab descent; however, I did not see a name tag. His poor hygiene and unpleasant attitude are concerning, and if the store manager or owner allows this behavior to continue, it reflects poorly on the establishment.

I sent my husband into 7-Eleven to get myself a Slurpee. When I walked in, I noticed the cashier seemed frustrated. My husband had trouble finding his additional dollar, causing a slight delay, but there were only two people in line. I work in retail, so I understand these situations. After leaving the store, I took a sip of my Slurpee, and it didn't taste like Cherry Noir Coke. I asked politely to exchange it, but the cashier rudely refused, accusing me of trying to make him lose money. I felt embarrassed by his reaction in front of other customers. It was a very hot day in California, and I was thirsty from walking. I believe I deserve compensation for the way I was treated. The incident felt like discrimination based on my husband's appearance. I'm disappointed by the lack of customer service. Please contact me at [redacted]. If I don't hear back, I will consider taking legal action. Thank you.

I was in line when I reached the register to pay for my items with winning lottery tickets. The cashier informed me that due to a shift change, I would have to wait at least 30 minutes to use them. Despite explaining I had no cash on me, she continued to raise her voice at me on Christmas Eve. I suggested that perhaps one of the other two staff members could accept a couple of $10 or $20 winning tickets, but she just yelled more. The behavior of the staff at this 7-Eleven is disappointing, and I believe they need better training. Being yelled at in this manner on Christmas Eve was uncalled for. Store [redacted], Term Sequence [redacted], Reference Number [redacted]. Happy Holidays!

During my recent visit to the 7/11 petrol station, I had a disappointing encounter with an employee named Mohit. While browsing for chocolate, I noticed an open compartment near the bottom shelf, which led me to inspect it. Upon doing so, Mohit, who identified himself as the owner, began verbally attacking me. As a loyal customer, I was shocked by his unacceptable behavior. I urge for a thorough investigation into this matter, specifically regarding the conduct of the owner. The 7/11 branch in Heidelberg, Victoria, with the number #1068F, is operated by Tarsemlel & Sons. I expect this issue to be taken seriously and would appreciate a written response or a phone call to discuss further on my mobile +61 [redacted] [redacted] [redacted].
Warm regards,
Felix

I recently visited your Las Vegas store located on Civic Center & Cheyenne around 1 to 2 pm with my daughter to grab some snacks. I asked a morning employee working from 6 am to 2 pm, whose name I do not know since they don't wear name tags, to get me something off the grill. Upon trying to pay with my Visa card ending in [redacted], she incorrectly mentioned that EBT couldn't be used for hot food, which was not the payment method I used. This interaction troubled me as I had previously worked at 7/11 for a decade and was never informed of such a policy. When I questioned her, she rudely suggested I never return. Feeling disrespected and speculating it was racially motivated, I escalated the issue with the store manager, who defended her action. This incident, coupled with past complaints about her behavior, has left me disappointed. I request a prompt response regarding this matter. Thank you for your attention.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am Jimmy M., the owner of a sizeable gas station occupying about [redacted] sq ft, along with an additional [redacted]+ sq ft of property in Jourdanton, Texas. After running this operation for 20 years, I have decided to sell my business due to needing to focus more on my wife’s health.
The store has seen recent renovations including the addition of a second walk-in cooler, a new roof, and a concrete parking lot with 3 high-pressure diesel pumps for larger vehicles. I also opened a kitchen with indoor and outdoor seating. Located directly on Highway 16, which is a half mile south of Highway 97, we benefit from student traffic from nearby schools and travelers heading to Mexico. Additionally, the proximity to oil rigs brings in workers for meals throughout the day.
For further details, please contact me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] I am available to address any questions you may have.
Best Regards,
Jimmy M.

I wish to report an incident that occurred at a 7-Eleven location in Poblacion Malvar, Batangas, Philippines. I attempted to pay my bills using the Cliqq machine, but encountered issues with the Point of Sale system not responding. After waiting for a receipt, which was not provided, I was assured by the manager that they would resolve the problem by reporting it to Easy Pay. Upon returning, I found the manager distracted on the phone, and when inquired about the progress, I was asked to come back again without a clear resolution timeline. Despite my efforts to remain polite and seek assistance, the manager's attitude was unhelpful and bordering on unprofessional. I left my contact details as requested but encountered a lack of transparency and customer service. I hope for a suitable resolution from this reputable company. The manager in question is Maricel Salceda, and the unhelpful staff member is Glacela, located at the 7-Eleven store in front of BSU Malvar. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

One of your CCTV recordings from a [redacted] store was shared on social media by a customer claiming it was related to a stolen phone incident. I believe there should be a process in place for releasing such footage, and if this was not followed and the video was shared without proper authorization, it could potentially lead to legal issues for the company. I am seeking clarification on this matter and would appreciate a prompt response from you to address these concerns.

Last night around 10 pm, I cashed in but accidentally entered the wrong number. I only realized the mistake this morning. I went back to the outlet where I cashed in and asked the cashier what to do with a wrong cash-in number. She said I should email EzPay, so I asked who would email them, and she mentioned they would handle it. I requested her to process it. When she went inside to speak to someone, upon returning, she mentioned that I would have to handle the processing myself as they were not able to help. Is that correct? It hasn't even been 12 hours since the transaction, and there has been no action taken yet.

One month ago, I was unjustly terminated from my job at the store where I had worked for 4 1/2 years. Despite trying to contact the manager and employees, I have not received any explanations. I had a friend go to collect my mail, including my W-2, but they were denied access to the office. After this incident, I received a text from the manager stating I am no longer allowed on the premises, threatening to involve the police if I return. I had always aspired to build a cohesive team that took pride in their work and provided excellent customer service. Transitioning from Sunoco to 7 Eleven brought challenges, which I tried to navigate as an assistant manager, but faced resistance from employees who were non-compliant and dismissive. The manager reprimanded me for trying to uphold standards, claiming I was not being kind to the staff. This treatment left me feeling disrespected and disheartened. Despite being known for my positive demeanor by long-time customers, the hostile work environment affected my morale. Since my dismissal, I have been seeking answers and my W-2, but the manager's refusal to communicate has only added to the distress. I am in need of support and guidance with these unresolved issues.

To whom it may concern,
I am writing to express my concerns about the management at our store location. As an employee, I have been attempting to reach either my manager or assistant manager for over a week with no success. The assistant manager herself admitted that the manager is consistently too busy, leading to difficulties in maintaining a stable employee turnover rate. This lack of communication and support has left me feeling disenfranchised.
The store consistently experiences long customer lines, inefficient scheduling, and severe understaffing issues. Employees are not even granted a simple 30-minute break during shifts lasting over 8 hours.
I believe it is imperative to bring these issues to your attention for proper resolution. Your immediate intervention is greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Jesus

Complaint: Rude Counter Staff at 7-11 Outlet in Bukit Maluri
Every morning, many seniors complain about the rude behavior of a particular female staff member at the Bukit Maluri branch along Jalan Burung Jentayu. This woman consistently displays a bad attitude when customers ask for the free Sun Newspaper. Today at 6am, she slammed the paper on the counter instead of placing it down gently for easy retrieval. At times, we are forced to wait for her as she intentionally delays putting the paper out, feigning other tasks. Her behavior is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of the 7-11 outlet in Kepong Bukit Maluri. Despite previous complaints, she continues to exhibit disrespect towards senior customers. It is hoped that a thorough investigation will be conducted and the necessary steps taken to address her rude conduct. Thank you.

I was injured while working for your company, and despite documenting the incident with photos and seeking medical attention, I was let go without proper communication or follow-up. The store manager and assistant manager are now spreading misinformation about why I was terminated, which is unfair. I was only employed for a short period and did not have the required certifications. I have attempted to contact the store manager without success and would like to address this situation formally. I believe a complaint should be filed against the manager for not handling my injury correctly and disclosing inaccurate information about my departure.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at the 7-Eleven located on Oakland Park Boulevard and NE 6th Ave in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. On three separate occasions, I have encountered a disengaged black female employee who ignores the long lines of customers waiting to be served. I have previously reported her behavior to corporate due to incidents of arguing, constant phone use, and being in the parking lot in her car. I am considering sharing my negative experience on social media as her indifference towards customers is unacceptable. Despite informing her twice, she dismisses customers with a disrespectful attitude. It is concerning to see such behavior in a service role and I believe immediate action, possibly termination, is necessary to prevent further damage to the business's reputation.

I work at store #[redacted] in the Freeport, Texas area with managers Luke Morton and GM Renee Buchanan. Approximately a month ago, I was suspended pending an investigation. After speaking with Luke about the situation, he mentioned he would follow up but has not reached out since. I have been attempting to contact him for the past two weeks, but all calls go to voicemail and texts remain unanswered. I am eager to learn the outcome of the investigation to understand if I am terminated and would require documentation for clarification, or if I am still employed, to know my return date. There are rumors circulating amongst employees about my employment status, so I am keen on resolving this promptly.
Thank you for your attention. You can reach me at [redacted].

A few years ago, I noticed that you switched from using Styrofoam cups for coffee to paper cups. However, I started experiencing issues with the paper cups leaking, causing spills in my car, on counters, and on my desk. Due to this, I switched from getting coffee at 7-Eleven to Sunoco where the cups were more durable and didn't leak, allowing me to have worry-free coffee breaks. Now that you have acquired Sunoco, I have observed some 7-Eleven stores using their cups, which I find to be of inferior quality and affecting the taste of the coffee. I am actively searching for Sunoco locations that still use their original cups because I prefer their durability. I hope these cups will not be discontinued as I really like them.
