Good afternoon, I'm not sure if this is the right place to talk about the NBA2K23 game, but I wanted to offer some ironic congratulations on the work the company is doing every day. The updates are larger than the Leaning Tower of Pisa, completely changing the game for what? To prevent cheaters, exploiters, and bugs from ruining the experience. I personally believe the career mode is the most decent part of NBA 2K23. However, the ability to create custom tournaments or mix eras like having a [redacted] Kobe Bryant with a [redacted] Carmelo Anthony from Denver is no longer possible. Moving to MyTeam, it seems everyone already has diamond players, making me wonder if it's about spending money or receiving special treatment based on nationality or purchase of the deluxe edition. It cost me over 77 euros at a GAME store, and I am considering selling it because the game experience is deteriorating rapidly. 98-rated players at the park within 24 hours is just unrealistic. MyTeam online is becoming unplayable, and it's disappointing to see how the game is being ruined within just two weeks. I won't be purchasing any more 2K games, and I won't recommend them either. It's a shame what they are doing to the game as of September 21, [redacted], introducing pink diamonds already. This is outrageous.

Whenever I try to play my career mode on my PS4, it gets stuck on the loading screen at 40% to 43%. This has been happening for almost two weeks now, and it's becoming very frustrating. I had created my first career player, bought VC for him, and then lost him due to this issue. I had to make another player and buy VC for him again. It's unfair for us players who have invested money in the game to encounter such problems and not be able to enjoy the game properly.

I'm seeking help regarding NBA 2k23 for PlayStation 5. I had a positive experience with the game until the season 8 update. Since then, I've been unable to connect to the MyTeam servers. Despite reaching out to 2K support, the issue persists. I've attempted several troubleshooting steps to restore connection, including restarting the game, console, and Wi-Fi router, deleting and reinstalling the game, waiting in the Play Now menu for an update, and adjusting the DNS server. My internet speed is around [redacted]-[redacted] Mbps, and I haven't encountered any issues with other platforms or games. I keep receiving different error codes each time I try to connect. Any assistance with troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated.

I took part in the latest two events (Diners and Dunk Fest) where I successfully finished all the challenges and was on the winning team. However, I have not received my Gatorade boosts, skill boosts, and VC from these events yet. I really need these items as they are crucial for my gameplay, especially since I am planning to participate in the 2K League tonight. Just to note, this issue occurred on an Xbox Series X.

I had no issues with playing NBA 2K23 across different generations until recently. Lately, I've been encountering error codes like 4e940a0d and 923b16b7 on next gen, and a code starting with the letter A on current gen. Even after reinstalling the game, issues persist, including corrupted files. I've tried various troubleshooting methods from YouTube to no avail. Despite playing other online games without any problems, NBA 2K23 has become a challenge for the past 40 days. If anyone has a solution, please provide detailed steps as I have invested a lot in building my players and want to enjoy the game again. Ja Morant, rated 92 overall, is overpowering 96 Kevin Durant with his dunking abilities. As a player, I find this unrealistic and frustrating. My Dark Matter Bol Bol is unable to even get a dunk against Ja Morant in this game. I hope the developers address these issues and improve the gaming experience for all users. I have invested a significant amount of money in this game, and I expect better gameplay and balance. Looking forward to a better gaming experience in future releases like 2K24.

I made a mistake with the clothing glitch once and immediately removed it when I realized it was wrong. Today, I was permanently banned for [redacted] years. I spent over [redacted] Swiss Francs on VC. Please, can you unban me? I have never intentionally violated the rules. Hello, I require assistance from the support team. I have been unexpectedly banned from NBA2K24, and there hasn't been any communication to explain the reason behind it. I recently purchased the new Xbox Series S console for over $[redacted] and acquired NBA2K24, played it a few times, and was then surprised to find out I am banned in [redacted]. I am a loyal fan who purchases your games every year, and this ban has left me puzzled with no information or justification. I have reached out multiple times over the past week without any response.
