Threads offers a Support Center accessible via both their app and website through the Help section.
Open the Threads app and press your icon button in the bottom right. Press the three lines in the upper right corner, then select "Help" from the menu. Press "Report a problem". Click "Report a problem without shaking". On the next screen, fill out the form and describe exactly what went wrong. Include screenshots if you can, then press "Submit". You should hear back in 2-3 business days.

Get back into your Threads account
This video provides a step-by-step guide to contacting Threads Support to help you recover your account, whether you've forgotten your password, disabled your account, or suspect your account has been hacked.
Threads is linked to Instagram, so go to the Instagram login screen and select "Forgot Password". Enter the email or phone number linked to your account. If you don't have access to those, select "Can't reset your password". You will be taken to the Instagram Help Center. On the left menu, click "Threads", then click "Your Threads Settings", then "Recover Your Threads Password". Then click on the link that says "Visit this page". Threads will then take you through the Instagram login process to regain access to your Threads account.
As a last, sometimes only, resort- Threads customer service can be accessed through their website.
