Report a problem using Duolingo's app
To access the Duolingo Help Center, select the "Help Center" link from the profile menu.
Open the Duolingo app. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner. Scroll down and under "Support" click "Help Center." Next, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Send feedback." Enter your email address, a subject line and describe the issue you are experiencing. In the drop down menu, select your issue type. Attach any screenshots and then click "Submit."

Get back into your Duolingo account
If you're locked out of your Duolingo account because it's been hacked, or you've forgotten your login information, or if your account has been frozen, you are still able to contact support. This video will show you how.
Go to the Duolingo website and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Under the "About Us" menu, click "Contact Us." Next, click "Find Help Here." Under "Account Management," select the option that says "I'm having trouble accessing my account." Next, click "Read More" then on the right click "I want to submit a bug report." On this page include your email address and subject line, and describe the issue you are experiencing, and from the dropdown menu select "I cannot access my account." Include any screenshots and press "Submit.".
Duolingo, like many companies, provides customer service on the X platform (formerly Twitter). While it rarely entails live dialogue with a customer service rep, this channel can yield rapid response times and can be a useful option if you have an X/Twitter account.
As a last, sometimes only, resort- Duolingo customer service can be accessed through their website.
