Report a problem using Duolingo's app

To access the Duolingo Help Center, select the "Help Center" link from the profile menu.
Open the Duolingo app. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner. Scroll down and under "Support" click "Help Center." Next, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Send feedback." Enter your email address, a subject line and describe the issue you are experiencing. In the drop down menu, select your issue type. Attach any screenshots and then click "Submit."

Get back into your Duolingo account
