You can reach the Bumble Help Center, by selecting the "Help Center" link in the Settings menu under your profile.
Open the app and tap the profile icon in the bottom left corner. Tap the settings icon in the upper right corner. Scroll down and select "Contact and FAQ." Next, click on "Contact Us." Select the option for why you are reaching out. Next, describe your issue in the box. Once you are done, hit "Send."

Get back into your Bumble account
If your account is locked or possibly hacked, or if you just can't remember your login, you can still reach out to support. Watch the video below for a step-by-step guide on how to contact them.
Go to bumble.com/help. Scroll down and click "Contact Us" on the left. This will open the support form. Select "Request a change in my profile." The next page is the screen to enter your information so Bumble can verify you are the owner of the account. Make sure to include your name, age, account email or phone number, an ID and a selfie. Once you are done, click "Submit."
