How Do I Update Information in My Virgin Mobile Account?

If you move, or have a cybersecurity problem, you are going to need to update personal information and passwords to a lot of different accounts. If you get your mobile service from Virgin Mobile, this will include updating your Virgin Mobile account. While updating a lot of accounts can be something of a hassle, at least your Virgin Mobile updates should be fast and easy to complete.

What You'll Need

If you change your email address, be sure to update your email address in your profile if you want to continue to receive eBills.Anything you can do to manage your account on the My Account page online can also be done in the Virgin My Account app.You can sometimes get extra help dealing with account problems by consulting the members of the Virgin Plus Community Forum.

If you want to update your personal information on a desktop or laptop computer, log in to your Virgin account.

If you want to update your personal information using the app, skip to step 5.
If you want to change your password, skip to step 12.

Select My Preferences.

Make any changes you want to your personal information the text field provided.

Click on the Save button.

Download the Virgin My Account app if you do not already have it.

Tap on the menu button.

It's located in the upper left corner of the screen.

Tap on the My Profile button.

Tap the My Profile link.

Tap on the edit button.

It's located on the right side of the screen.

Make the desired changes to your personal information.

Tap on the Save button.

It's a good idea to double check the information before navigating away from the page.

Go to the Virgin Recover Log In Info page.

Select the password option by clicking on the upper radio button.

Click on the Continue button.

Enter your username and email address in the text fields provided.

Click on the Continue button.

Check your email for the password reset email from Virgin.

Make sure you are checking the email associated with your Virgin Mobile account.

Follow the instructions provided in the email to reset your Virgin Mobile password.

They are available Mondays to Fridays from 4:00 am to 8:00 pm PST and Saturday to Sunday 4:00 am to 7:00 pm PST.
