You are enjoying the service that Virgin Mobile offers you. However, having easy online access to the information about your phone contract such as staying up to date with your bill and being able to change your account settings would improve your experience.
The good news is that Virgin Mobile allows you to view all of your account settings and phone bills online on their website. Here is a simple guide on how to do so.
If you haven't yet registered your Virgin Mobile account online the first step is to register your information. This can be done from the Virgin Mobile sign-in page. Simply fill in the information about your account and sign in.
If you have already registered your account you can skip this step.
Once you have registered your Virgin Mobile account you can use your email and password to sign-in on the Virgin Mobile website.
If you have forgotten your login details then click on the 'forgotten email address' or 'forgotten password' links to reset your sign in information.
Once you have signed in to your account you should be able to see a navigation tab on the top of the page called 'my virgin account'. Click this tab.
Another navigation tab should now also be visible below with options such as 'overview', 'billing', 'recent usage', and 'payments'.
You can then select the relevant tab that applies to the information you are searching for.
If you cannot initially see the page you are looking for, try clicking on a related tab as once you do so more options will become available. For example, if you would like to review your parental control settings you would need to select the 'plan and device' tab and then the 'manage services' tab before you could see the option to change your parental control settings.
If you have successfully logged into your account the navigation tab at the top of the page should be visible to you. To view your most recent phone bill simply click the 'billing' tab. This should give you the option to download a PDF file of your most recent phone bill.
If you would like to view previous phone bills you can do so by selecting the one you would like to view from the drop-down box.
