Resetting your Uphold password is easy. Just follow the email instructions and you're all set.
Below are the detailed instructions to change your Uphold password:
Check your spam folder if you can't find the email. If you still don't see it, make sure to enter the email address registered on Uphold.
Do you have the 2-factor authentication enabled? You'll be asked to enter your Verification Code to validate the new password.
Contact Uphold Customer Support if you never got the email containing the reset password instructions or if you forgot the email address associated with your account. We suggest changing the password as soon as you get the email or the link may expire. Get in touch with Uphold when the email link doesn't work or if you don't have access to your Verification Code.
You can recover your 2-factor authentication code via the Security Key. Contact Support if you don't have your Security Key. Below are the instructions to get your 2-factor code.
