As an active USPS insured city carrier, do I need to start medicare before I retire?

how do I stop payment on tsp loan that is paid in full.

Once your Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) loan is fully paid, action to stop payment should be automatically processed by USPS Human Resources Shared Services. Your loan payments are deducted straight from your pay, and once the loan balance reaches zero, these automatic deductions should cease automatically. Therefore, you shouldn't have to do anything. However, it's essential to keep a keen eye on your paystubs to ensure that deductions stop as expected. In the event of any inconsistencies, it is encouraged to reach out to TSP or your payroll department promptly.
