Tidal is a subscription service that offers users access to music, podcasts, and videos. It was founded in 2014 by Norwegian company Aspiro before being bought out by Jay-Z in 2015. The service is currently available in 54 countries. If you're a current Tidal customer and want to cancel your subscription or free trial, follow the steps outlined below. Note that you will need to cancel a few business days before your bill processing date to avoid being charged for the next month.
Sign in to your account with your username and password. Alternatively, you can sign in with your Twitter or Facebook account.
Select 'Subscription.'
Select 'Cancel My Subscription' and confirm the changes.
You will receive an email confirming your subscription has been canceled.
Open the Tidal app on your smartphone.
Sign in to your account with your username and password. Alternatively, you can sign in with your Twitter or Facebook account.
Select 'My Collection' and then 'Settings.'
Click 'Edit Profile' and then 'Manage Subscription.'
Select 'Subscription' and choose 'Cance Subscription.'
You will receive an email confirming your subscription has been canceled.
If you have a Tidal account registered through a Sprint device and the fees are applied to your Sprint bill, follow the steps outlined below.
Go to www.sprint.com/TIDAL
Select 'Sign In' in the top right corner.
Log in to your account with your username and password.
Go to your account settings and follow the prompted instructions to remove Tidal from your phone.
You can also cancel through the My Sprint mobile app or contact a Sprint Customer Support representative for assistance.
