Visit the T-Mobile website.
Find the T-Mobile menu. It's in the upper-right corner of the website, represented by three horizontal black lines.
Click on the three black horizontal lines in the upper-right corner of the website to expand the T-Mobile menu.
Browse the T-Mobile menu until you spot the "Contact & support" line. It's toward the middle of the menu.
Click on the down-pointing arrow to the right of the "Contact & support" line. Doing so will open up a sub-menu.
Locate the "Help & support" line and click on it. Doing so will take you to a T-Mobile page that says "Welcome to Support" in white letterig at the top of the page against a pink background.
Scroll partway down the page until you find the line that says "Search for help and more" in black lettering. Below it is a horizontal line that says "Search" and has a small magnifying glass icon to its left.
Click on the horizontal search line and type "Report an outage." Click the "Return" button on your phone's keyboard after entering the search term.
Scroll through the T-Mobile search results until you find the best one that's relevant to your issue. Your ideal option will likely be the one that says "Signal Issues / no service troubleshooting T-Mobile Support."
Click on "Signal Issues / no service troubleshooting T-Mobile Support." Doing so will take you to a page that says "Signal issues / no service troubleshooting" at the top.
Read through the page and attempt the suggestions to see if you can get your service back up and running. If your service still isn't working and should be, please move on to the next step.
