However, you are planning to cancel your contract and return the Sprint equipment that you are in possession of, but you do not know how the process works. You'll be glad to learn that the process is quick and uncomplicated.

Determine If Your Equipment Can Be Returned:

Before you send any of your Spring equipment for return, you need to determine if it is eligible for a return. Unfortunately, not all equipment can be returned as there are specific conditions that Sprint customers must follow.

Firstly, Sprint will not accept any returns that include damaged equipment. Therefore, if your items are cracked, scratched, or otherwise damaged, they will not be accepted for a refund. Items will also not be accepted if there are any broken or missing parts, or if the device does not power on and remain on. Activation locks must also be disabled.

Additionally, Sprint equipment is only eligible to be returned if it has been 30 days or less since you purchased the item. Returns are not available after this timeframe.
