Sam's Club has an annual Black Friday sale in which it offers steep discounts on many of their most popular electronic items. If you made a Black Friday sale purchase at Sam's Club and need to return it, learn about Sam's Club's return policy and procedure below.

Sam's Club's Return Policy

You should have your original receipt or the printed order slip that came with a shipped package with you if you want to make a return. However, if you no longer have it, you can still try to make the return anyway. Sam's Club will do their best to get your return processed even without it.

To qualify for a refund, you need to return the item you purchased with everything that it came with, including the box, the manual, warranty cards, accessories, and any promotional gifts that came along with the purchase.

Shipping charges will not be refunded unless you are making the return because of an error made by Sam's Club or damage that occurred during shipping.

If you purchased the item at a physical Sam's Club location, you will receive a refund in the form of payment you originally used or on a Sam's Club shopping card. If you purchased the item from SamsClub.com, you will get your refund made to the account you used to make the purchase. You cannot use SamsClub.com to return an item you purchased physically from a club. However, you can return an item purchased on SamsClub.com to any physical Sam's Club location.

Making the Return

In Person

All you have to do is pack the purchase up with the items described above and drive it to your nearest Sam's Club location. The people at the service desk will help you.

Online

  • Go to Sam's Club's home page.
  • Click on the Sign In link at the top of the page.
  • Log in to your Sam's Club account.
  • Click on My Account.
  • Click on Order History.
  • Click on the order you want to return.
  • Follow the prompts you are given.

By Phone

You can also request a return by pickup by calling Sam's Club's Member Service Center. Just follow the prompts given for "SamsClub.com" and "returns." You will need to have your order number and membership number at hand when you call.
