What Do I Do If I Did Not Get a Confirmation Email from Priceline?

If you never got that confirmation email, you need to find out what happened, so that you can be sure you don't get any unpleasant surprises about it. Read on to learn what to do.

What You'll Need

If you use the Priceline app to find your trip and cannot locate it that way, try updating the app and searching for it again.

Check your Spam folder.

You should check your Spam folder for the confirmation email, even if emails from Priceline have gone through in the past, because a recent update of your browser, an update at your email company, or even a change in the way Priceline formats its emails could still reroute the confirmation email there.

Go to the Priceline home page.

Click on the Sign In button in the upper right corner of the screen.

A drop down menu will appear.

Click on "Sign In" to sign into your Priceline account.

Go to the Priceline Find My Trip page.

Click on the button corresponding to your booking type.

Enter your email address or phone number in the text fields provided, and click the corresponding button, to choose how to receive your booking information.

Check your email or text messages, depending on the choice you made in the previous step.

If you find that your booking has been properly made then you don't need to worry about not receiving the confirmation email anymore. Do not proceed with the next steps.

Clear your browser's cache and then look for the confirmation email and check the Find My Flight page again.

Sign in to your Priceline account and look through your account information for the email you have registered with your Priceline account.

Make sure that you are checking the right email for the confirmation.
If you still can't find the confirmation email then continue on with the next step.

Sign in to your online banking portal to see if the charge for your Priceline booking has actually gone through.

Call a Priceline customer service representative and tell them that you need help with your booking.

If your bank says that the charge has gone through, tell the Priceline representative that you did not receive a confirmation email and that your trip does not appear on the Find My Trip page, but that you have been charged for it. If the charge has not even gone through, tell the Priceline representative that.
