If you were billed even after cancelling your subscription, or if you live in the UK, you can get a refund. Simply fill out this form completely and submit it to OkCupid, so they can investigate and process your refund. Check your list of subscriptions on the Settings page and look for the turn off automatic billing option. Click on it to cancel your OkCupid subscription. When it says Renew instead of Turn Off Automatic Billing, it means your subscription has been cancelled. No further actions are needed from you. You will no longer be billed.
