Once the question expands, do what the instructions indicate is the best solution.

While on the previous page, scroll down until you find the "Help" section, which consists of white wording on a bright blue background.
Underneath the "Help" section, look for the option that says "Contact Us" and click on the link. It will transfer you to the "Contact Customer Care" page.
Underneath the "Contact Customer Care" section, locate the "Technical Support" subheader.
To the left of the "Technical Support" subheader is a blue and white "+" circle. Click on this to expand the section.

Read your email to magicJack customer support to ensure it's thorough and accurate.
