Account recovery when I forgot my old phone number

If you've forgotten your old phone number and can't access your Instacart account, you can still recover it using your email address. Go to the login screen and click on 'Forgot your password'. Then, enter your email address associated with your Instacart account. You'll then receive an email with a link to reset your password. After setting a new password, you can log in using that new password along with your email address. Why does everything I try to access redirect to the help topics page
