I have no remote control for tv NS-LCD32F. Need guidance on using manual input for channel scan for my HD antenna

My apple phone won’t connect to my tv even though I use a hdmi cord and the proper adapter it just doesn’t pop up on my inputs and even when I select the correct hdmi cord it still doesn’t work

When power went out and then came back on we can no longer get our local channels
