I bought a 49" TV on 5/25 this year. It malfunctioned, so I contacted Best Buy for warranty repair, and a technician came today. I requested an email with the repair receipt and findings, but instead, I received three emails stating the service was done and that my TV was fixed on 9/15. I've tried calling Geek Squad and the Citrus Park location, but I was met with long wait times and no clear answers. Now, I am unsure if my TV will be fixed on the 15th, and I'm losing faith in the warranty process. Contacting Best Buy locally has been unproductive, with long hold times. I hope reaching out can help resolve this situation. In one of the Geek Squad emails, it shows:
TOTAL PAYMENT: $0.00
Future Balance Due: $92.55

Good afternoon!
I purchased an Insignia flat-screen television just over a year ago from Best Buy. A few weeks ago, I noticed a pixel on the screen had gone bad, causing a one-inch line through the middle of the picture. Upon contacting Best Buy, I was directed to Insignia. Unfortunately, Insignia informed me that the warranty had expired and was not cost-effective to repair. Despite feeling upset, I accepted this. However, today I discovered the issue had worsened, now being more noticeable and distracting. As a loyal customer of Best Buy and Insignia, I’m reaching out in hopes of a possible replacement considering the product is barely two years old and cost several hundred dollars. It doesn’t seem fair to have to purchase a new TV when this one is still relatively new. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you! - J. Peters

I purchased a TV from Best Buy as a Christmas gift for my son. He just opened it in late January, and unfortunately, there is a line on the picture when the TV is plugged in. Despite the box not showing severe damage, the TV seems to be damaged. Best Buy refused to accept the return. The TV, an Insignia fire stick TV Edition 50 LED TV 4K Ultra HD, barcode number [redacted], was situated in a visible area at home and was not mishandled. I spent nearly $[redacted] on a TV my son can't use. I have left negative reviews, talked to managers, but haven't had a positive resolution. I own other TVs of the same brand without issues, so this experience has been disappointing. My contact information is [redacted].Thank you.

I purchased an Insignia TV that started melting and overheating in the bottom right corner shortly after the warranty expired. Customer support acknowledged it as a known issue, yet no recall was issued despite the fire hazard it poses. Thankfully, I noticed before it caused any damage. After rejecting a $[redacted] gift card due to safety concerns, I have been persistently reaching out through emails without a timely response. Despite assurances from management, no reply has been received. When calling, I was told the assigned person is on vacation until 8/13 by someone claiming to be a supervisor who refused to escalate the matter. The lack of proper protocols for staff vacations is concerning for such a large company. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Issue with Insignia Adapter Compatibility
I have been in contact with Insignia customer service for weeks regarding an adapter purchase issue. Despite the "guaranteed compatible" claim on the box, the adapter I bought is not working for my ASUS Q505UA laptop. Even after visiting the tip finder website and contacting them, I have not received the correct tip that fits both the charger and my computer. I have tried the tips they sent, but none work properly. I am disappointed with the lack of resolution and the product not living up to its compatibility promise. I have been loyal to Insignia, with most of my electronics being from them, but this experience has been frustrating. I hope the company can rectify this situation promptly.

I bought a battery charging station on 11/18/19 for my Xbox One S. However, on 12/6/19, my Xbox showed error code [redacted]. Upon inspection, the circuit board displayed damage near the front USB port. The NS-GXBOSBCS seems to have design flaws, and I believe it should be taken off the market. Best Buy #[redacted] mentioned they do not service Xbox consoles, and explained that issues can occur with electronics. When I inquired about repairing or replacing my Xbox, they stated they were unable to assist at the store level. As a loyal customer, I am disappointed by this experience. - S. B.

Justin from Geek Squad just left. I bought this TV on December 12, [redacted], and on December 15, [redacted], the screen went black. I reached out to Verizon first. They sent me a new setup box, but that didn't fix the issue. After contacting Verizon again, they pointed out that the problem was with the TV. I got in touch with Insignia on December 19, just over a week after the one-year mark since purchase, and they arranged for a Geek Squad appointment. Originally scheduled for last week, the appointment got postponed because Justin was sick. He eventually made it today, only to inform me that they couldn't assist due to the warranty period being over a year since purchase.

Hello, I am writing to inform you about an unfortunate incident that occurred with the 65" LCD Smart fire stick TV we recently purchased from Amazon. We selected Best Buy for quick pickup and brought it home promptly. Additionally, we ordered a mounting base with a large Tempered Glass base from Amazon. After assembling the base according to the instructions, I connected all the cables and began the setup process, which was effortless thanks to your product. I was thoroughly enjoying the picture and sound quality for about two hours when suddenly, there was a loud explosion. To my dismay, the TV toppled forward and crashed to the floor, leaving the screen shattered into numerous cracks. This was my first experience with such a large TV, and it is disheartening to see it in such condition due to the base malfunctioning.
Although I understand this is not directly your fault, Amazon advised me to contact Best Buy for a replacement since they are the third-party seller. However, as Best Buy exclusively offers this item, getting assistance has been challenging. A Best Buy representative suggested I reach out to you directly to explore potential solutions. We had only begun enjoying your product for two hours before this unfortunate incident occurred, leaving us with a broken TV.
I acknowledge this is an unusual request, but we are unsure of our options moving forward. Any assistance with repairs or a replacement would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for considering our situation, and we eagerly await your response.

I am disappointed with the quality of the two Insignia TVs I purchased within the last year and a half. The first one I bought in April [redacted] developed black lines down the middle by Thanksgiving, eventually covering half the screen. I then saved up for another Insignia TV, purchased it after Valentine's Day this year, and now, by September, it has a big black line too. I am now stuck watching a small 19-inch TV, feeling dissatisfied. I felt compelled to share my frustration as my son suggested. I invest my hard-earned money in these TVs because I enjoy unwinding in the evenings. Spending almost $[redacted] on TVs in such a short time is disheartening. Currently, I have two malfunctioning TVs occupying space in my living room, making me frustrated whenever I see them. I am considering getting rid of them soon unless you need pictures for reference promptly.

I have encountered an issue with our Insignia range, model NS-RNG24SS9, in our Grand Design Solitude RV purchased new in February. The oven has been malfunctioning, where the pilot light continually goes out during baking. Initially, I contacted Best Buy customer service two weeks ago, and a service number was generated promising a follow-up within 2 business days, which never occurred. Subsequently, last week, I reached out to Insignia customer service and received an email from Saul, an Insignia Customer Service Representative, providing reference number [redacted]. He requested a copy of the invoice for the RV purchase, which I promptly supplied on the 15th. Unfortunately, no further communication has been received from them. Seeking assistance in addressing this ongoing issue, especially after learning that friends sharing a similar RV are experiencing the same problem. - Frank R.

I purchased an Insignia 3.7 Cu Ft top loading washer from Best Buy, but unfortunately, the computer panel was broken. After getting it exchanged last Friday, the replacement's computer panel is even worse as it doesn't work at all. Best Buy is not providing assistance, and I am struggling with continuously returning faulty washers due to being disabled and on a fixed income. Best Buy claims there are no repair technicians available in my area. I need urgent help to have this defective washer replaced with a functioning one that will wash clothes properly.

We've had an Insignia TV for a few years now, which we've connected to our Firestick without any issues until today. When I attempted to access Netflix on the TV, it suddenly froze. I've attempted to reset the remote and even unplugged and plugged back the TV twice, but the screen remains frozen.

I am facing an issue with my Insignia NS-50DF711SE21 TV, serial number NNQL3VA007075. I am unable to pair it with a remote. I have tried using two different remotes - one is model NS-RC4NA-18 and the other one (BOCFZSTSHM) is brand new from Amazon specifically for Insignia TVs. I have replaced the batteries, performed multiple power resets, and cleared the cache, but the TV still gets stuck at the "pair the remote" prompt after turning on and selecting the language. Despite trying all possible methods to pair the remotes, it fails every time. The TV was functioning perfectly until a factory reset was done. Even after selecting options from the reboot screen, the pairing issue persists. I would appreciate any guidance on a potential software fix that can be applied via USB and where to obtain it.

My Insignia TV keeps getting stuck on an unavailable channel and shuts off, only to turn back on to the same channel and shut off again in a loop. Despite changing the remote batteries, the issue persists, and the remote is unresponsive in stopping the loop or turning off the TV. Even after unplugging and plugging the TV back in, the loop problem remains.

On 12/7/23, I purchased an Insignia Fire TV F20 and had it professionally set up and installed on 12/16/23. Unfortunately, on 12/29/23, it stopped working. I reached out to Geek Squad for assistance. They advised me to unplug the TV and restart it, which temporarily fixed the issue. However, the remote stopped working again today, and the Alexa feature on the TV is also not functioning. I tried updating the software to pair it with Alexa, but it was unsuccessful. I hope to find a solution to avoid repeatedly unplugging the TV and to successfully enable the Alexa feature on this TV.
