How Do I Cancel an Indigo Ticket?

Indigo Airlines offers low-cost flights and is the largest airline in India. If you've booked a flight on Indigo Airlines and your plans may have changed, you may need to cancel your ticket. Canceling Your Indigo Ticket

In order to cancel your Indigo flight ticket, follow these steps:

1. Open Indigo's website in your computer browser.
2. In the menu on the left-hand side of the screen, click on "Cancellation."
3. Enter your PRN/Booking Reference number.
4. Add your email address or last name.
5. Click on "Get Itinerary."
6. Select "Cancel Booking."
7. Click "Proceed" to cancel the ticket.
8. Select the option you wish to choose. Options include:
   • "Avail refund with cancellation fee. (Credit my card/bank account)"
   • "Avail free cancellation (Credit my booking wallet for future reservations), applicable on bookings for travel up to May 24, 2020."
9. Review the updated itinerary.
10. Hit "Cancel Booking," and click "Finish" to complete the cancellation process.

Important Points to Note Regarding Cancellations

There are some things you need to know before you cancel your Indigo ticket. These include:

1. You can cancel domestic flights and get a refund up to two hours before departure.
2. International flights can be canceled and refunded up to four hours prior to departure.
3. You can cancel your booking online; however, you can also call the Indigo customer support line, or you can cancel at any booking desk at the airport.
4. If you used a travel agent, you should contact the travel agent to assist in canceling your ticket.
5. While you cannot use the canceled ticket for future travel, you can choose to retain a credit with Indigo that can be used to purchase a new ticket. Your refund options allow you to have the money returned to the account you used to pay for the ticket or have the money credited to your Indigo wallet for future travel.
6. Refunds for canceled tickets will be processed within seven business days of the cancellation. Note: there are cancellation fees which will be withheld from the total refund amount.
   
7. If you want a cash refund, you'll need to visit an Indigo counter at the airport to process your cancellation and refund.
