If water is not coming out of your Hoover SmartWash, first check to see if the clean water tank is properly installed by removing and reinserting it. Ensure it's filled with water mixed with Hoover cleaning solution, as running it dry can cause problems. Additionally, ensure the trigger on the handle is being properly pressed for releasing detergent solution. A clog in the nozzle area can also prevent water from coming out, so consider cleaning it thoroughly. If these steps do not resolve the issue, it's possible there may be an internal problem with the machine that requires professional attention.
