I have a Hoover smart Wash carpet cleaner model number FH52002G I plug it in. I don’t get power. What is the problem?

If your Hoover Smart Wash carpet cleaner model FH52002G does not power on, the issue could be due to a few factors. First, ensure that the power outlet is functioning by testing it with another device. Check for any visible damage to the power cord or plug. If there is a reset button, try pressing it. Additionally, the cleaner may have a thermal cutoff if it overheated; allow it to cool down for 30 minutes. If the problem persists, it may require professional servicing.

water not coming out hoover smartwash

If water is not coming out of your Hoover SmartWash, first check to see if the clean water tank is properly installed by removing and reinserting it. Ensure it's filled with water mixed with Hoover cleaning solution, as running it dry can cause problems. Additionally, ensure the trigger on the handle is being properly pressed for releasing detergent solution. A clog in the nozzle area can also prevent water from coming out, so consider cleaning it thoroughly. If these steps do not resolve the issue, it's possible there may be an internal problem with the machine that requires professional attention.
