Groupon is a website that offers cashback or coupons to customers who purchase from retailers, restaurants or manufacturers that also use Groupon to attract customers. In this guide, we'll discuss how to manage your Groupon Gateway account for vendors.
You can find this under the Manage section on the left-hand navigation. In the profile section, you can find the various sections you can manage.
You can find this in the top right-hand corner of the page. The edit info button lets you manage the fulfillment, business info and payments sections. Note that you won't be able to edit your business email address or business name. Those having issues with editing their account info can open a support ticket for further assistance. Check the next step if you want to edit the payments section of your account.
You can update the payment information by clicking "edit payments" in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
Double-check all the information before tapping "save changes."
For banking information on your Groupon account, note that only those authorized to update or have the "Owners" access can edit the bank account information. Merchants can add or deactivate users in their accounts.
If you want to add users, navigate to the upper right-hand corner, where you can toggle between Profile and Users. Tap users to see which users have access and to see their permissions. Only owners can add users by tapping the +add user and filling out the required information. Don't forget to tap Send Invitation before tapping Save, ensuring the user can change the password. If you're still having trouble editing your account information, go to the Support page or don't hesitate to contact Groupon's Customer Support.
GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Groupon in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our How do I update my account info on Groupon? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
