I missed my flight. However I purchased cancelation coverage. Where, how, and to whom do I submit my claim for reimbursement?

Why do I have to wait 4 days after payment before I receive my ticket? Why was I not warned about a possible 4-days delay in receiving my ticket?

Accidentally used the wrong email

Please have your booking reference number handy and be prepared to verify your identity for security purposes. Correct email is crucial as it's our primary way of sending you booking details and updates.
