If you're not satisfied with your purchase from Fanatics, you can return it within 365 days of the purchase for a full refund. Ensure that the item is in its original condition, including tags and labels. You'll need to log into your Fanatics account and go to the returns page. Follow the prompts to process your return. Please note that there may be a shipping fee for your return, unless the return is due to a fault or error on the part of Fanatics. Remember to keep a receipt or proof of your return for future reference. If you've received the item as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

can i make a return of 2 ball caps . they were not what i thought they would be

Yes, Fanatics has a simple return policy. Items including ball caps can be returned up to 365 days after your purchase. The items must be in original condition, and you will need either the original order number or the item number. A return shipping label can be generated from the Fanatics website. A refund will then be issued to your original payment method once the return has been processed. Please be aware, items that have been customized unfortunately cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.
