If you’re a handmade goods enthusiast, Etsy offers a global marketplace for extraordinary items including vintage treasures. The company is aware of the increasing automation in the current world and strives to maintain human connection at the core of its activities. Through the platform, sellers can use their ideas to run a successful business. Etsy offers a smooth and effective process to facilitate the sale of goods via the platform, allowing you to monitor your order from dispatch to arrival. Here are the steps to follow to track your order.
To check the status of your order, you must begin by visiting the Etsy website. Google Etsy.com on your browser to open the company homepage.
The next step is to log into your account. Find the “Sign In” button at the top right of Etsy’s homepage and click it to open the account log in page.
Once the account log in page loads, you must provide your email address and password to sign in. Depending on your normal sign in method, you can choose between signing in with your email, google or Facebook account, or Apple ID. After entering your details click “Sign In.”
Once signed in and the account dashboard loads, you can access more options by clicking your profile on the top-right.
Clicking your account profile opens up various options to access the messages, account settings, and other offers available in the platform. Click “Purchases and Reviews” to proceed.
Clicking purchases and reviews opens a new page with a list of your orders on Etsy. Go through the list and select the order you’d like to track. This opens a new section with detailed information pertaining the order. From there you’ll see the shipping status, and an estimated delivery time for your purchase. The shipping status is the information showing where your order is, in the shipping process. If the status reads “Not Shipped,” it means that the seller hasn’t completed your order or hasn’t made an update on the website.
If the seller employed the services of a shipping company supported by Etsy, the order contains a “Track Package” button next to the order on the purchases page. Click “Track Package” to get detailed information on your package’s status. Your shipping notification emails also provide shipping information. You can view the status of your package by clicking “Track Package” in the email notification.
If the shipper that the seller used isn’t directly supported by Etsy, select “View Receipt” next to your order. The shipping company must provide a tracking number to facilitate order tracking. Some international shipments don’t show tracking after the order exits the country.
If you have trouble tracking your order, you can contact the Etsy customer support team. Scroll to the bottom of the company web page and click “Help Center” on the “Help” section.
On the Etsy help page, click “What’s the Status of my Order” on the “Orders & Returns” section.
Etsy offers a convenient solution to customers who want to check the shipping status of their purchases. If you’ve recently made a purchase on Etsy, following the correct steps allows you to get detailed information on your order’s shipping status. If you encounter issues, contact Etsy support for assistance.
GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Etsy in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our How Do I Track an Order from Etsy? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
