You can cancel your account directly from the Credit Karma website using the following process:

  1. Launch your web browser and open the Credit Karma website
  2. Go to the website's help page
  3. Scroll down the page until you see the question, 'How can we help you?'
  4. Select 'Cancel my account' and the page will prompt you to log in
  5. Fill in your log in details and log in to your account

  10. Click 'Confirm' and you will be redirected to the log in page
  11. To confirm the account cancellation, try to log in to your account. If the account has indeed been deleted, it will show 'Error! This account has been deactivated.'

There is also another process through which you can cancel a Credit Karma account and involves submitting a ticket to Credit Karma. The process consists of the following steps:

  1. Launch your web browser and open the Credit Karma website

  8. Once you are finished, click 'Submit' and your ticket will be sent.
