There are three ways to check your gift card balance. If you're still at the restaurant, you may ask a staff member to check the balance for you. Another way is to check the printed receipt; the balance will be displayed at the bottom. If you no longer have the receipt, call Chick-fil-A Customer Support to check the balance on the gift card.

What Happens When the Gift Card is Damaged or Lost

If your gift card is damaged and can't be redeemed, download the replacement form and check the instructions on how to replace your gift card. However, keep in mind that not all gift cards can be replaced. For inactive, lost or stolen gift cards, make sure you have the original receipt to check if you can still replace it.

Where to Purchase a Chick-fil-A Gift Card

Visit a Chick-fil-A location to buy a gift card in any amount. You can purchase at least $5 up to $100 in amount. Avoid buying a gift card online because Chick-fil-A is not affiliated with any store online. If you have a gift card bought from a website, you may not be able to redeem that.

Additionally, gift cards can only be used in the country it was activated. If you bought it in Canada, then you can only use it in restaurants in Canada that accept the gift card. Chick-fil-A gift cards don't expire and you can use multiple gift cards in a single transaction. However, you may not be able to use these gift cards at Chick-fil-A Express and at universities, stadiums or airports. If you have more questions about gift cards, please contact Customer Support.
