Enter your email address or log in via Google, Apple, or Facebook. Click "Continue."
Scroll to the bottom of the page and look for the Delete Company Account button. Note that once you delete a company account, there is no way to undo the action. All data for this specific business account can no longer be retrieved.
Once you're certain about deleting a company account, click Delete. Don't forget to check the box that indicates you understand and wish to delete the business account.
After deletion, all the accommodations or bookings saved on this account are automatically transferred to the personal account of the person who booked the reservation. If there is more than one user of the business account, they will be redirected to their personal account after logging in. All data, including credit cards and travel profiles, is permanently removed.
If you're the manager or company owner and want to delete only a few employees and not the entire business account, please proceed to the next step.
If you're the administrator, the Manage Your Team section allows you to book an accommodation for yourself and make changes to the business account's settings.
Look for the name you wish to remove and click the pencil button beside their name.
Check the box and hit Delete. When you remove or delete a user from your business account, they will be redirected to their personal accounts after signing in to Booking.com. However, the user's bookings will stay on the business account. Re-check their profiles and see if they're indeed already disabled.
Note that as the administrator, you can also change a user's role. You can change their role to Commuter, allowing them to travel and update their own profiles. A Traveler role enables the user to also make and change their own accommodations or bookings. If you're the Arranger, this means you can view everyone's bookings and make changes to them. The Administrator role gives you full control.
