For furniture, you have only three days from the date of delivery. Returns must be accompanied by the receipt for full refund value. If you no longer have the receipt, you will get a refund for the lowest price offered on the item in the last 180 days as an in-store credit.

Making the Return In-Store

To make your return at a store, follow these instructions:

  1. Package the item or items to be returned in their original packaging.
  2. Take the item or items to the nearest Bloomingdale's store, along with the receipt.
  3. Bring them to the customer service counter.

Once you make the return, the refund will be made. However, it may take a few days for it to show up in your bank account.

Making the Return by Mail
