Therefore, we have a generous return policy in place. Most items purchased at Bloomingdale's can be returned within 365 days of purchase, excluding certain categories such as furniture, mattresses, and fine jewelry, which have specific return time frames. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, with all tags still attached. However, please note that some exclusions may apply. For convenience, returns can be made either in-store or online. If returning by mail, a prepaid return label can be provided. We strive to make the return process as convenient and hassle-free as possible.
