i have just renewed my ancestry.com account. can my wife also use the account?

An Ancestry.com account is intended for personal use by the account holder. If your wife wants to use the service, she may create her own account or you may consider sharing your account during the research process. However, sharing login information can violate the terms of service, so it's best for each user to have their individual account for optimal use.

I can’t get into my account my phone number has changed

If you can't access your account due to a changed phone number, try resetting your password using the email address associated with your account. This can help you regain access without needing to verify through your old phone number.

Why can i suddenly not see my entire tree?

This could be due to a few reasons. It could be an issue with your web browser; so, we recommend trying to clear your browser's cache and cookies, or try using a different browser. Also, ensure that your tree is not filtered or sorted in a way that hides some people. If the tree is very large, some parts may not display due to performance limitations, so zoom out or navigate to different parts of the tree. Make sure you're not in Family View, which only shows the ancestors of a selected person. If you're still unable to see your entire tree after trying these solutions, it could be due to a temporary system issue on Ancestry's end.
