With Amica, you get personal and car auto insurance and the option to include premium coverage in your policy. You should make sure that the full value of your vehicle is insured, otherwise, if your vehicle is damaged in an accident you risk being under-insured.

Depending on the type of coverage you choose, AMICA provides you with three main options:
Protection For Yourself and Others
AMICA offers certain coverage options for the protection of yourself and others traveling in your vehicle.
- Medical Payments (MedPay): In the event of an accident, this may help pay for certain expenses, such as medical bills or funeral costs.
- Personal Injury Protection (PIP): The no-fault insurance covers medical expenses and lost wages in the event that you or your passengers are injured. This insurance can be used to cover medical expenses, lost wages, funeral expenses and loss of services.
Bodily Injury Liability: If you are responsible for the injury of others, the insurance pays for bills for medical treatment, pain and suffering, loss of wages and funeral expenses.
- Property Damage: The liability insurance covers damages to someone else's property, such as damaged vehicles, houses, telephone poles and mailboxes.
Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Bodily Injury: Provides for your injury expenses if the driver who caused the accident is uninsured or does not have enough insurance to pay for them. This can include medical bills, pain and suffering, lost wages and funeral expenses.
Protection For Your Car
- Collision Coverage: This covers car repairs or replacements, regardless of who is at fault. It can cover damage from an accident with another vehicle, or damage from a tree, pothole or guardrail.
- Comprehensive Coverage: The policy covers damages to your car that aren't caused by colliding with another vehicle or object. It can cover fire damage, hail damage, hurricane damage and damage from fallen trees.
- Auto/Loan Lease Coverage: This pays the difference between the value of your car and the amount owed on your financing or loan. If your car is totaled, this will cover the difference between the value of the vehicle and the amount owed.
- Full Glass Coverage: You can cover repairs of small chips or cracks, full replacement of your windshield, and recalibrating your vehicle sensors without any deductible.
- Roadside Assistance: The Roadside Assistance Plan can take care of any sort of breakdown, including towing vehicles that aren't accident-related. It can also deliver gas when your tank is low and help you get out of mud or snow if you get stuck.
- Rental Reimbursement: This will pay for transportation costs if your car can't be driven after an accident or when it's being repaired.
- Accident Forgiveness: With Accident Forgiveness even if you are in an accident can lower the costs of your annual premium even if you're in an accident.
Premium Protection
Premium protection from AMICA is a premium add-on to any policy and covers the following:
- Glass repair or replacement, without a deductible.
- Credit monitoring service.
- New car replacement coverage that replaces your totaled new car with a new one.
