Not eligible for mobile checkin see allegiant representative for assistance

If you're unable to check in using the Allegiant mobile app, it may be due to various reasons. These could include: having an issue with the payment, carrying an infant on your lap, traveling with pets, or having additional needs like unaccompanied minor service. In such scenarios, the mobile app will direct you to see an Allegiant representative for assistance at the airport. The staff at the Allegiant customer service desk at your departure airport can check you in and print out your boarding pass. They'll also help you with any other issues you might be having. So, do not worry and ensure you reach the airport ahead of your flight time.

If I left a bag at pei terminal and it was returned to lost and found and I am now in Michigan could this bag be sent to Michigan on an allegiant flight

Yes, Allegiant's Lost and Found department does everything they can to track down the rightful owner of left-behind items. In most cases, after verifying your ownership, they can send your bag to you in Michigan. However, Allegiant may charge you for shipping and handling, so keep that in mind. Please contact Allegiant's Lost and Found Department, either by calling or emailing them. The fee and timing of the delivery may vary based on factors like the weight of the bag, the distance it has to travel, and the shipping method chosen.

I am not able to print my boarding pass. Flight is scheduled at 10 am on March 23, 2024. Status shows as not eligible

If your flight status shows as "not eligible" for printing your boarding pass, it may be because you’re outside the printing window. Allegiant permits you to check-in and print your boarding pass between 24 hours and 45 minutes prior to your scheduled departure. So, if your departure is scheduled for 10 am on March 23, 2024, you should be able to print your boarding pass after 10 am on March 22, 2024. If you're still unable to do so, there might be other issues, and you should contact Allegiant directly for assistance.

Add KTN to my boarding pass after I have checked in

Once you have checked in, you are not able to add a Known Traveler Number (KTN) to your boarding pass. It’s important to add your KTN during the initial booking process or before you check in. This allows TSA PreCheck privileges (like shorter lines and expedited screening) to be included. If you forgot to add it but haven't checked in, you can go back to 'Manage Travel' on Allegiant's website to edit your information and add your KTN. Remember to save your changes before you check in.

Minors flying 15 years old? What is needed

Allegiant allows unaccompanied minors ages 15 and older to travel alone. While they are not considered unaccompanied minors, the airline suggests that these teens have their itinerary and contact information for the adult who booked their flight, as well as a photo ID that could include a driver's license, school ID, or passport. Allegiant doesn't offer unaccompanied minor services, so any minors traveling alone should be prepared to handle their own check-in, boarding, and the logistics of their travel day. For added ease, it's also a good idea to provide the minor with emergency contact details.
