Log in To Your Account

Sign in to the email address or account associated with your Airbnb.

Tap on the Three Vertical Lines

Once logged in, go to Trips by tapping the three vertical lines beside your profile picture.

Tap Cancel Reservation

You'll find this under Reservation Details.

Select a Reason for the Cancellation

After choosing a reason for canceling your trip, tap Cancel Reservation.

If the reason for the cancellation is an issue with your stay, ask your host to fix it first or request a partial refund. Customers can also request a full refund if they have a problem with their Airbnb stays.
