As an Acorns user, you can activate your card by following the activation directions once you receive your card. You also need to set a pin for your debit card during the activation process. However, you can change or update your pin at any time. Prior to receiving your card, you'll receive an email informing you that your card has shipped. The email contains a link that allows you to track the whereabouts of your card. You should keep in mind that a pin change can take up until 12 am to update.
The Acorns debit card allows you to save, invest and spend. Once you sign up for an Acorns Spend/Checking account, you will receive an Acorns debit card tied to your account. You can activate the card by following the activation directions once you receive your debit card. A confirmation email with a tracking link is sent before your card arrives.
When Will Your Acorns Debit Card Arrive?
You should receive your Spend/Checking card within 7 to 10 business days, as soon as you're approved for your Acorns Spend account. You'll receive an email to alert you that your card has shipped. Once You Receive Your Card...
Once you receive your card, you'll also receive a notification to activate your Acorns card. Start by opening the Acorns app and navigating to the action feed prompting you to activate your card. However, it may take some time for the Acorns system to update your pin. Your pin may not update until 12 am CST.
