How Much Does It Cost to Cancel My AT&T U-Verse Plan?

Do you want to cancel your AT&T U-Verse plan? If you have any concerns, you don't always have to cancel. Returning Your AT&T U-Verse Equipment

  2. Remove the bottom receipt tab on your return shipping label
  3. Attach the return shipping label over the original label. Check to ensure that there aren't any other labels
  4. Drop off the equipment at a FedEx location or Post Office

If your returned equipment is damaged due to abuse, you may have to pay a fee. If you feel that the fine is unfair, you may contact the AT&T U-Verse support team and dispute it.

Even though canceling your AT&T U-Verse plan does not cost a thing, you may have to incur additional fees and penalties.

The fees apply if you joined through a promo. To avoid the charges, you must wait until your service commitment ends.
