To cancel your AMC+ subscription, go to the account settings of the platform through which you subscribed. If you subscribed through the website, log into your account, navigate to 'My Account', then 'Subscription', and follow the instructions to cancel. If you signed up via a third-party platform such as Amazon, Roku or Apple TV, you will need to cancel your subscription through their respective settings. Note that cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be refunded for the remaining period. You can continue to enjoy AMC+ until the end of your current billing period.

We apologize if you're experiencing billing issues with your AMC+ subscription on Roku. There might be a technical glitch causing this error. We recommend you to check your Roku's subscription page to be sure if you are indeed being double-billed. If the problem persists, please contact Roku's customer service department for further assistance. They are responsible for managing the financial transactions for AMC+ subscriptions made through Roku and should be able to resolve this issue for you.
