I would like to request a $60 gift card to be mailed to me. My name is Thomas Locke, and my address is [redacted] Hilltop Farms Blvd., New Whiteland, IN, [redacted]. I bought a $50 gift card on May 14, [redacted] for Mother's Day but did not receive the additional $10 gift card. I kindly ask the Manager at AMC 17 to provide my mom and me with food at the concession stand during our next visit to the movies. The theater's address is [redacted] S. Meridian St., Indianapolis, IN, [redacted].

I have some questions that I need help with, and I may not be articulating them well via text. I am surprised by the lack of customer service from the company. My main inquiry concerns the rewards program. I am unclear on how much money applies when I purchase a movie ticket versus when buying food at the concession stand. Another question I have is whether I can purchase both my ticket and one for my partner at the same time when we go to watch a movie. I have additional queries, but the lack of communication is disheartening. I enjoy going to the movies, but the poor customer service experience is frustrating. I believe that sometimes speaking with a real person is necessary for clarification.

I would like someone to contact me to address this matter. It is frustrating how easy it is to sign up for AMC yet how difficult it is to reach a representative by phone. I am perplexed by the lack of customer service availability and the preference for email communication. I am passionate about going to the movies frequently, but the current customer service experience is lacking. I require assistance and would appreciate speaking with a representative regarding this issue.

When attempting to process a refund through the app initially, I did not receive an email containing a code necessary for the refund of the tickets. Upon contacting AMC, they indicated no payment was associated with my email or card. Subsequently, upon receiving the email with the movie tickets and refund code, attempts to process the refund through the app were unsuccessful as pressing search yielded no results. Trying on the website led to a message stating I was unable to refund, redirecting me to the help forum. Contacting AMC again proved unfruitful, and requesting a refund from Cash App prompted the need for the merchant's assistance for an instant refund of the money.

I visited your website to buy tickets at the Pompano Beach theater but received a confirmation stating the theater is in Aventura, FL. I haven't received the ticket confirmation email, so I can't request a refund. I'm hesitant to drive 3 hours to Aventura without confirming my tickets via email. I noted the Confirmation number as [redacted], but when I try to use it with my email [redacted], it says nothing is found. I've been unable to reach anyone by phone. Sincerely, Harris F.

I encountered glitches with your system all morning. I am taking my son to see a movie, and he is driving four hours for this. I had different issues with each of the following charges. I do not wish to seek a refund for all tickets, so please pay close attention despite being very busy. The only intentional order was placed using APPLE PAY, and it is the third order. The initial charge, order number [redacted], gave me a seat behind two others, instead of the desired three seats together in the middle for Saturday, October 14 at 4 PM. Following this, order [redacted] was processed to ensure we could sit next to each other. However, this order did not provide the correct amount or date. Lastly, order confirmation #[redacted] resulted in seven seats instead of the needed three. Please do not cancel all seats, as I require only three adult seats from this order. I will keep the three seats that are in row A. Thank you.

I had an A-List account linked to [redacted], but it was deleted. I couldn't recall my password and couldn't reset it. When I tried to create a new account with the same email, it let me set up another account instead of recognizing the existing one. I've been a Stubs member since [redacted] and would like to recover my old account or receive reimbursement for this month's membership fee and the unused points. Thank you for your help.

Hello AMC members, I have been attempting to get in touch with you multiple times without success. Despite reaching out via Twitter and sending emails, I've received no response, leaving me feeling frustrated and stressed. I made a mistake by purchasing a ticket for the wrong date, and initially, I was told there would be no refund. After pleading, they agreed to refund me. Unfortunately, my card does not allow international transactions, so receiving the refund poses a challenge. I am trying to resolve this with my bank as well. I kindly request a refund in the form of a gift card or a check, as my card restrictions prevent me from receiving funds internationally. Many other companies offer these options for refunds, and I urge you to consider it. I cannot attend the show, and the $60 ticket is a significant expense for me as a student with existing debts. Please assist me by refunding the ticket or allowing me to change the date to the 15th of October or any other available date. Time is of the essence as the show is this upcoming Saturday. I have attempted to sell the ticket at a discounted price with no success, and once the show is over, I will have no recourse. I implore you not to ignore my plea and to provide a solution promptly.

I am seeking a refund for my Eras tickets. The advertising led me to believe it was an AMC exclusive, which prompted me to purchase tickets despite the theater being far away from my home. However, I discovered five hours later that the movie was showing in all theaters, including one just 15 minutes away from me. I kindly request AMC to refund the ticket cost as the advertising was misleading.
