How Do I Recover My Login Information with AIG?

As and AIG member, if you cannot remember your online login information, you can retrieve it in a few simple steps online or via telephone. Recovering AIG Login Information

There are two ways you can recover your AIG login information: online and via telephone.

Online

To retrieve your AIG login information online, complete these steps:

  1. Open AIG in your computer browser.
  2. Select "Log In" at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
  3. Click on the "Select an Option" box in the middle of the screen and click on "Business" or "Individual."
  4. Choose the type policy or service that you have with AIG.
  5. You will be routed to a login screen where you can enter your username and password. Here is where you can retrieve information that you may have forgotten.

Forgot Username

If you cannot remember your username or user ID, follow these steps from the login screen:

  1. Select "Forgot Username."
  2. Enter your social security number and date of birth.
  3. Click "Continue."
  4. Follow the prompts to retrieve your Username.

Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it by doing the following on the login screen:

  1. Click on "Forgot Password."
  2. Enter your Username.
  3. Click on "Continue."
  4. Answer any security questions that may be associated with your account.
  5. Follow the prompts to reset your password (including navigating to a reset link in the email associated with your account).

Retrieving AIG Login Information Over the Phone

If you cannot retrieve your login information online, you can contact AIG on the phone to get access to your account. Call AIG member support here and provide the representative with the following information:

  1. Full name of policyholder.
  2. Social security number (or other identification number).
  3. Date of birth.
  4. Address.
  5. Type policy.

The representative will be able to help you reset your login information so you can get into your account.
