When you have missing IKEA items in your shipment, open all the boxes first to check if multiple items might be in one box. You can also check the status of your orders to determine if some might still be processed or out for delivery. Depending on availability, some items you purchased may be in different shipments or sent on different dates. Other items may have a different delivery method. Don't worry, you can track your deliveries online. We'll help you how to track orders and what to do when they're indeed missing.

Go to the Track and Manage My Order Page

Enter your order number, which contains 9 or 10 digits. You'll also need the email address or phone number associated with your IKEA account.

Log in to Your Account

You can also see your complete purchase history by signing in to your account. Just enter your mobile number or email to get a one-time code, or log in with a password.

Check the Order Status

You can check if the order is still being processed, in transit or out for delivery. Contact IKEA only when it says the order has been delivered and you can confirm it's missing.

If there are missing items, you have up to 72 hours to report them and request a refund or a replacement. You can do this in the "track and manage my order" section. If it has been more than 72 hours, contact IKEA right away.

Don't forget to bring your order confirmation number for the missing items. Also, you might want to check if your item is available before going to the store. If you can't make it to the store, you can also visit IKEA's contact page to speak to a customer service representative.
