“I didn't know that it was possible to get such great service from NWA as most experiences are not good (e.g., the most recent was when my husband went to the airport to pick up his elderly mother & asked if he could get a wheelchair. The NWA rep snapped at him that it should have been ordered when the res was made! Well, he didn't make the res & his elderly mother didn't know what she was expected to do). Anyway - the person I spoke with today was extremely friendly and efficient - wish all airline personnel were like her!”
