EMC Mortgage Tip from Feb 24, 2010

“Whatever you do, re-finance your mortgage and be sure that the new company has nothing to do with EMC. I've tried to modify the loan of my deceased mother for the past three years, This morning I was denied a modification and thaT IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT i RE-FINANCE. BUT NO ONE CONTACTED ME TO TELL ME OF THIS CHANGE IN THE ACCOUNT.The change occured in January 22, today is one month and 3 days later. Then I was told that I would speak to a supervisor, yeah right I've been told this about 12 times in the past three years and I've spoken with no one!!!!!!!!!! ”
