Unusually long wait times, when it seemed like I would be connected to a rep. The line cut on their end-
Their email support is horrible. They only look for keywords about what you say and not read your questions, then post generic responses, so you end up having to repeat it 5-6 times. They also won't send you a satisfaction survey if you weren't satisfied. Very tricky like that.-

Then, they only send a satisfaction survey if you had a good experience. They're very skewed this way. Horrible, horrible support.-

Can only echo the reports here. Groupon customer service is deliberately obstructive and incompetent. I have been sent 7 emails now asking me to provide the exact same details, provided every time, in order to get my refund. I don't believe this is accidental. DON'T USE GROUPON-
