I contacted iFit tech support with the number provided by gethuman. I got a very personable technician who walked me through uninstalling and reinstalling the latest software update, which was apparently the source of my problem. He was great. And I was able to successfully finish a workout. Problem seems to be solved. I have no doubt that if I should have any further issues, iFit will be there to help me through.

We have a NordicTrack commercial **.*. Since the last update the machine will cut out in the middle of a workout and go to a screen with blue boxes and dots to the right. Can you help me get it back on line without these glitches?

I called the iFit tech support number listed on gethuman during iFit’s business hours. There was a bit of a wait, but it was a Monday morning. I explained that since the last software update, my workouts would sometimes cut out on me. The technician talked me through uninstalling and then reinstalling the latest machine update. It was pretty straightforward and once this was done, I could complete a workout with no glitch. So, so far, so good. I was very pleased with ifit’s Technical support overall.
