I bought a swimsuit using Paypal, but it didn't fit. The cost of return shipping is higher than the suit's price. The seller agreed to refund me $6.35 without returning the suit. Despite confirming I don't need to return it, I haven't received the refund yet. An eBay representative advised waiting 24-48 hours. It's been 72 hours, and still no refund. I have encountered two issues recently with my orders. The first problem involves a barrel I purchased for nearly $50 with expedited two-day shipping. The seller informed me it was out of stock and would take 28 days to be delivered. I have asked for a refund to buy a different barrel promptly as I have additional items to order today and tomorrow. Additionally, I bought an airbrush makeup kit for around $80 which was charged to my card but prompted me to select another payment method. I prefer to resolve the refund for the barrel swiftly to buy a new one immediately and confirm the payment for the airbrush system. I am a frequent eBay shopper but have been encountering more issues lately compared to Amazon. I seek assistance to rectify these concerns promptly; otherwise, I will consider shopping elsewhere.

This is my 10th attempt to address the issue with my order of 3 tattoo books for California City State Prison. I requested that the books be sent in one shipment to abide by the prison's mail rules. However, the order was split into 3 separate shipments, using up all the allowed shipments. This experience has been a nightmare, and if the books cannot be sent together in one shipment, I will not be using eBay again. Dealing with this has been exhausting and frustrating for me.

I received a damaged item and contacted the seller. They pressured me into accepting a replacement instead of a return. After a week of silence, the replacement arrived, but it was not as described with different specifications. I now realize the seller avoided using the correct return process and failed to provide a tracking number, which is against eBay policy. I am unable to request eBay's intervention as the seller did not open an official replacement request.

I have received over 5,[redacted] positive feedback on Ebay, but now I am facing a frustrating situation. After receiving a severely damaged doll, the seller claims I cancelled the order through Ebay, preventing a refund. I am unable to reach a human being through Ebay's contact numbers provided as they only lead to unhelpful recordings. I urgently need to speak with an Ebay agent to address this cancellation issue. Etsy's customer service is much better in comparison. I am tired of the runaround and only wish to resolve this matter promptly. If Ebay cannot assist, I will involve my credit card company in pursuing a stop payment for the purchase. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and I hope Ebay can address this problem promptly. Thank you.

I have been a long-time buyer and seller on eBay. Recently, I discovered there are fees associated with setting a minimum price for items sold, which I was not aware of. I have been charged a significant amount of money due to this misunderstanding. I hope that, as a loyal customer, we can find a solution regarding these fees. I would appreciate it if the charges of $5 for each instance could be waived. I value doing business on eBay and trust that assistance can be provided to resolve this issue for me as a good customer.

I recently made a purchase on eBay for paddle boards that were supposed to come with a pump. However, I only received the pumps and not the paddle boards. I was provided a return label, but I would like to receive what I originally ordered instead of returning the pumps. I recently purchased a convertible top for my BMW through eBay. The top was delivered promptly on 1/23 after buying it on 1/20. It took some time, but once installed, it looked fantastic. However, on 7/6, I noticed that the vinyl rear window was beginning to come unglued. When I contacted the seller about this issue, they suggested I fix it with glue myself, which I'm not comfortable doing on a new purchase. I fear that attempting to repair it could void the warranty and damage the window. I have discovered a $[redacted] account deficit. I was informed that Case #[redacted] was closed on Feb. 17, [redacted]. The person interested in purchasing the tractor enclosure displayed suspicious behavior with a few red flags. Despite the listing clearly stating "local pick up only," he requested shipping to Maine with cash on delivery (COD). When I refused due to the local pick up condition, he suggested his brother in Ohio could retrieve it, who later turned out to be on vacation in Florida. Lastly, he asked me to hold the item for two weeks until he could come in person. Concerned about these signals, I consulted eBay security via online chat. We agreed that the behavior raised considerable suspicions. I asked for any ongoing transactions to be reversed, refunding the buyer, and for the individual to be blocked. On Feb. 17, I was informed by eBay that the case was closed without a buyer refund. However, on July 14, I received an email stating a new decision favored the buyer, resulting in a $[redacted] charge to my account. This situation needs urgent attention.

I made a purchase on June 25th. The seller was supposed to ship the item to eBay for authentication by June 29th, and then eBay would send it to me. The expected delivery date was July 12th. However, on July 1st, I checked the status only to find out the seller never sent my item to eBay. I attempted to contact them but couldn't due to the authentication process. After contacting eBay customer service, they informed me I had to wait until after the delivery date unless the seller contacted them. Eventually, I messaged the seller and they claimed the item was lost. I asked them to notify eBay for a refund, but they didn't. After reaching out to customer service again, they confirmed the issue and told me I had to wait until today to start the refund process. I am frustrated and want my money back promptly.

I attempted to purchase a vehicle through what I believed was an Ebay transaction. I was instructed to send Crypto currency for payment to a site that used a reader. The seller mentioned that Ebay would hold the funds for an inspection period and then release the money if I agreed. They also stated that the auto would be shipped at their expense. After researching, I found out that Ebay does not accept crypto currencies for payment nor offers free delivery. I suspect this might be a scam. After creating my first eBay listing, I was surprised and disappointed to find out that my account was suspended. The message I received stated that my account had been permanently suspended due to activity that was deemed risky for the eBay community. I realize this is frustrating, but eBay emphasized the importance of maintaining a safe marketplace for all users. I am unable to buy or sell items using my account and any future accounts I create may face suspension as well. All my listings have been removed, with associated fees mostly credited back, except for the final value fees. Any outstanding selling fees will be charged to my payment method, unless under dispute. eBay advised reaching out for assistance or clarification if needed, and I plan to do so to understand the situation better and avoid similar issues in the future.

I set up an ebay.com account for our company RAPID TRADING SRL in Romania selling used/refurbished laptops and other IT equipment. Shortly after creating the account, we received an email first stating it was restricted, then later suspended permanently. I reached out to eBay to inquire if this was an error, as our account was new. Unfortunately, they confirmed our inability to use eBay moving forward. I suspect the issue stemmed from creating the account in a public location, specifically a coffee shop, utilizing a VPN. Despite this, I am uncertain of the exact cause. I initially listed an item for $[redacted] including shipping, but after lowering the price and changing the shipping to buyer pays estimated shipping, I encountered an issue. Despite revising the listing to lower the price, the shipping cost remained the same. I recently visited the Post Office and found out that the label purchased from eBay was insufficient for shipping the sound bar and woofer, costing me $31.85 for separate shipments. I received a faulty product, a stain/sealer, which arrived wrapped in plastic and a USPS carton. Unfortunately, most of the content had leaked out, causing damage when I tried to unwrap the package. As a result, my large rug, floors, and furniture (leather recliner chair) were affected. I am unable to return the soaked and leaking product and would like a refund. Additionally, I am seeking compensation for the damage caused to replace the items that were affected.

I placed an order on 07/25/[redacted] on eBay for paint from ERA Paint. The order number is 08-08[redacted]4. I called the seller on 07/26/[redacted] at [redacted] to cancel the order. Mini couldn't find the order number but assured me she would cancel it. If already shipped, she will send a return label for me to use with UPS. I made the order as a guest and don't have a login, but I can't access my purchase history as the website locks me out and requests a password reset for security reasons. I need to verify the order number. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this. Thank you. Now, the website claims my email address is invalid, which I have been using for the past 30 years!

I bought an item on eBay, but unfortunately received the wrong product. The seller claims that UPS has proof confirming the shipment from Fairview, Texas to me. However, what I actually got was a fake ring, not the two 6.7 oz jars of Clinique Happy Gelato cream I ordered. The shipping label identified the sender as Devone Berry. The weight of the received item was only 0 lbs and 13 oz, significantly less than the cream jars. The seller denies selling rings and insists that the correct item was sent, questioning my honesty. I haven't received the right items, and the seller refuses a refund. I am seeking eBay's help before escalating the issue to PayPal for not receiving the correct merchandise.
