I recently purchased a Fitbit One that is not functioning properly. Once disconnected from the charger after being fully charged, it immediately loses power. I am looking to return the item for a full refund, but I am struggling to get in touch with the seller. The seller's email seems to be unavailable as it is makcollectiblesct. My order number is 17-07[redacted]7, and the item number is [redacted]92. The total amount of the purchase was $[redacted].49. I am quite frustrated by this situation as I usually do not encounter issues with sellers, and it's challenging not being able to contact them. I bought this item as a guest on eBay, and though I have an account, I did not use it for this purchase. I have been unsuccessful in finding assistance online. Thank you for your help.

I recently purchased a [redacted]-piece Elvis Presley puzzle with my credit card. After placing the order, I received an email stating that the item is out of stock. The email did not mention any refund and instead suggested choosing a different item. I bought this puzzle for a stroke victim and I am disappointed by this situation. I am simply looking for a full refund, including the shipping fees.

I recently purchased a new train set from ebigvalue for my 6-year-old grandson. Unfortunately, when he opened it, the tanker car was missing its wheels. In all my years as an eBay customer, I have never encountered this issue and have never had to make a return. I spent $18.35 yesterday to mail back this defective product without realizing I needed a special label. I am seeking a refund for this item and believe that under these circumstances, I should also be refunded the $18.35 I spent on shipping. The label code is YAJQAEC3. As an eBay seller, I want to address a recent issue I've encountered with transaction [redacted]34. The buyer claimed the iPhone 13 Pro I sent was not as described and returned a Galaxy phone instead. I have evidence such as photos, serial numbers, and the original purchase receipt from Apple to prove that the iPhone was sent as advertised. It seems like a classic case of bait and switch, and I feel like a victim in this situation. I purchased a $[redacted] eBay gift card at Dollar General for my girlfriend's Christmas present. When she tried to redeem it on the eBay website, it said the card number was not found. This has happened before with other cards. I would appreciate some help and compensation for the inconvenience and time I have lost dealing with this issue. This is the fourth or fifth time I've encountered problems with these gift cards.

I mistakenly bid on an item on eBay, thinking it was just being saved in my cart. The seller informed me about the bid, and although they are willing to cancel it, they mentioned they would incur fees if I don't cancel it myself. This was my first time unintentionally bidding, as I didn't realize the process. Could someone please assist me with this situation?

Earlier today, I placed an order for a holiday present for a family member. To complete the purchase, I created an account, but the order wasn't processed due to an account review. After confirming my identity with an Ebay representative and answering verification questions, the order went through, and I got a confirmation email. However, shortly after, I received an email stating that my order was cancelled due to the need for further identity verification, and my account was suspended permanently. I have been trying to resolve this issue for the past 3 hours using the chat function, but haven't had any success.

I purchased an electric breast massager for breast enlargement. When the parcel arrived, the box was damaged. Upon testing the product, it gave me an electric shock. After contacting the seller, they promised a refund within 5-7 working days, which I have not yet received. I simply seek a refund to resolve this issue. Thank you. -Rihanna

Hello, I purchased a test kit from Outcome DX shop on eBay for a passenger recently. Initially, the shop's app indicated no location was found for the order. Surprisingly, today it shows that the item was delivered on November 10th via FedEx, although FedEx claims it is a scam. On November 22, I placed an order for an item, but the seller refused to provide tracking information, and my delivery date was set for December 1. Despite being a frequent and highly rated buyer who spends thousands annually on eBay, I feel betrayed. I am seeking resolution through the money back guarantee. I was charged twice for the same item. I contacted eBay customer service on the day of the charge, and they mentioned it might be a pending transaction issue. However, I have verified with my bank that I indeed have two separate charges for the same item at the same amount but with different transaction times and numbers. I am eager to supply all the necessary information to facilitate a refund process.

On 12/7/21, I placed an order for a craft lite paper cutter using a cancelled Visa card. I promptly cancelled the order and resubmitted it with my current Visa card. I am concerned about what will happen with the original payment and want to ensure I am not charged twice for the same item. I recently sold an item on eBay without any issues, but the buyer decided to return it. When the item was initially sold, eBay only paid me $[redacted].00. However, I noticed that now I am being charged $[redacted].15, including the tax portion that I did not receive initially. I am being asked to pay an extra $[redacted] for the same item due to this buyer's return. I've encountered an issue on Ebay where despite the buyer paying and collecting the item with cash, I'm unable to mark it as payment received due to a recurring message indicating "http1.1 service unavailable." The item number is [redacted]91. Additionally, I faced a situation where a buyer paid Ebay directly for an item rather than cash on collection, which led to challenges accessing the funds without granting Ebay access to my bank account. After canceling the sale, the buyer was not refunded until we reached an agreement independently. Despite discovering a defect in the item, the buyer still accepted it. Should Ebay issue a refund, the buyer plans to donate it to an animal rescue charity. As a novice seller on Ebay, the requirement to provide bank account access allowing them to withdraw funds at any time was not initially clear during the listing process. Following a frustrating discussion with an Ebay representative, I attempted to close my account, but encountered difficulties as the account remains active with £23.00 in Ebay's possession, subject to any owed commissions from the first sale. My primary concern is ensuring the buyer is not negatively affected by the inability to mark the item as payment received, as I now prefer to disassociate from Ebay due to these unfavorable experiences.

I need some assistance with a recent order I placed. When attempting to discuss a return with the seller, I mistakenly placed a new order instead. This was not my intention as I only wanted to return the defective helmet I initially purchased. I realized the error as soon as I received the confirmation email around 8:48 pm. I spent over an hour, until 9:40 pm, trying to rectify the situation, but it remains unresolved. The item in question is a Giro bike helmet, and I need the new order to be cancelled to focus on returning the original defective product.

I have not approved a return or a return shipping label. I have made this clear multiple times. All my listings state that I do not accept returns. The buyer now wants to return a phone after 30 days, despite it being in perfect condition upon receipt. I would have considered a return promptly, but not after such a long period. The photos they provided demonstrate the phone's lack of care, and I will not refund them or cover the label eBay provided.

I received three orders shipped together, but FedEx claims they were delivered to an unknown address. Despite their records, I can't locate that address. I am in contact with FedEx, attempting to file a claim. However, the eBay seller has been advised not to pursue any claims against these items. I haven't received my orders and refuse to be charged for them. This situation is unjust, and I am determined to seek resolution.
