A few weeks ago, I won an auction for a Roman States Postage Stamp. When I tried to pay, I encountered an error stating that the item couldn't be shipped to my P.O. Box. Despite the seller reassuring me that they do ship to P.O. boxes and my history of receiving eBay deliveries at my P.O. Box, I had to ultimately cancel the order. My concern is whether my account is still active after the failed transaction and if my PayPal account remains linked to my eBay profile. I have experienced difficulties reaching a resolution with previous eBay representatives, and I truly wish for a better outcome this time to avoid giving up on eBay. A few days ago, I spoke with an agent who has all the relevant details. Despite attempting to access my purchase record for a couple of days, I was unsuccessful because I unwittingly signed in as a guest. The agent advised me to call the next day after I attempted to resolve the issue on my computer. I am still unable to access the information in my order confirmation email. I purchased a Salter EK1[redacted]w 1.6L soup maker. Initially, sautéing onions went smoothly, but when I added the remaining ingredients and water just below the maximum level, it caused a power surge in my home. I thoroughly discussed this with the agent, and she mentioned initiating the necessary steps from their end since I encountered difficulties due to a mailing app issue on my computer. Despite seeking help from Currys' help desk, the problem persisted.

The product received was not as represented. I have been in communication with the seller about the authenticity of the sunglasses' lenses, which are discontinued. The seller claims to have sold several pairs of lenses without issues but the lack of information and literature accompanying the lenses makes me question their authenticity. It seems likely they are aftermarket and not from Oakley. Unfortunately, I cannot send pictures as my phone camera is not working. The seller's explanation for not accepting a return does not align with the issue at hand. There were light burrs on the lenses' edges that needed to be removed before installation due to the fitment issues.

I purchased a coin from National Pro 82(2), but after realizing it might be a counterfeit, I tried to contact them without receiving a response. The coin in question appears to be a rare one with a trade dollar on the front and a seated dollar image on the back, which does not match any known coin design. Despite my concerns, the seller insists it's genuine. I believe it might be a Chinese counterfeit. I have encountered similar listings on various platforms and even had to report one to the Secret Service before. I am frustrated with the lack of customer service and the communication issues I have faced for the past few days. If this matter is not resolved, I will avoid purchasing from their website in the future, as it has dampened my enthusiasm for this hobby.

I made a purchase on October 29, [redacted], for a 4-Pack of Woolite Heavy Traffic Carpet Foam, but the seller cancelled my order the same day due to a stated "problem with my address." Despite reaching out with three emails seeking clarification, the seller did not respond. I believe the seller should have disclosed any shipping restrictions to Hawaii upfront. When I inquired with another seller, Nathan, who also indicated they do not ship to Hawaii/Alaska, they agreed to sell but eBay's address change requirement prevented me from completing the purchase. Despite notifying Nathan of this issue and requesting assistance, I have not received a response, so I have decided to cancel the order.

I returned the item to the seller on Nov. 1, but the refund has not been processed yet. My experience with this seller has been troublesome from the start. Despite conflicting stories about the item's history, he initially refused returns citing the clock's functionality. However, he refused to acknowledge the broken pendulum clock's issue. Upon receiving my return, the seller claims it arrived completely broken, even stating the mail service confirmed it was shattered inside. I meticulously packaged the clock, so it must have been damaged due to external force. The seller's lack of cooperation in issuing a full refund is frustrating. If eBay doesn't intervene, I doubt I'll receive a resolution from this unhelpful seller. I bought 25 lb dumbbell weights instead of the 50 lb ones I wanted. I tried to return them, but the return label didn't work due to the package weight. eBay also sent a return label that didn't fit. The merchant suggested I pay for return shipping and get reimbursed $35 to keep the items. I declined as I want to return the wrong weights for the correct ones without extra cost. It has been five days with no response from eBay or the merchant. I'm seeking eBay's help to resolve this issue since I'm unfamiliar with their return process. This is my first time returning an item, and I want to exchange it without losing money.

Hello, my name is James. Recently, my account was permanently suspended, which I believe occurred a couple of days ago. The situation began approximately a month ago when my Visa payment method was not accepted. Visa is my preferred payment option for online transactions. Subsequently, I encountered an issue with a significant purchase on eBay, which was deemed undeliverable, a term unfamiliar to me as someone in the transportation industry. After resolving the payment matter with Visa, I was informed that the retailer, not Visa, was declining my card. Finally, a few days ago, my account was suspended without prior notice, despite an assurance from an eBay operator that a reimbursement was on its way into my bank account. I placed order number 22-07[redacted]9 on October 12, [redacted], which arrived on time. I tried to contact the company regarding an issue with the product, a police identification protection roller stamp. Despite leaving a negative review on their website, it has not been published. One of the stamps I received leaked ink, causing a mess. I would appreciate it if they could send a replacement and arrange for the return of the faulty item if needed. I have been trying to receive assistance for the past 3 hours, but your service keeps giving me the runaround. I have heard numerous negative things about your service, but I decided to give it a chance anyway. However, I am disappointed by the different automated services; it is quite frustrating given the fees I have paid. I followed all the guidelines, added tracking information, and yet my money is still being held for 3 weeks. I would appreciate immediate contact from someone as it's challenging to get help with your services. I planned on selling a significant amount through your platform, but if I don't get answers soon, I will take my business elsewhere. Come on, PayPal is making your service look bad. I hope to hear from someone promptly!

This situation is quite complex. I mistakenly switched the mailing labels for two items two weeks ago, resulting in both buyers receiving the wrong items. I have contacted both buyers and initiated the return process. These items are not eligible for refunds as I plan to send them to the correct buyers. One buyer has requested a return label, which I advised him to obtain from eBay directly as I can only approve it. However, the other buyer in California has yet to take action. I need assistance with getting the return label to this buyer promptly. The eBay messages I am receiving have deadlines, and I am feeling pressed for time. I previously spoke to Customer Support who assured me that the situation would be resolved without negative feedback due to my acknowledgment of the error. Unfortunately, I have received negative feedback from one buyer. Also, I have not received any tracking numbers from eBay to track the return process. I purchased a gun holster from Outlaw Holsters in Florida. They requested a photo of my gun with laser/light to confirm if they could make the holster. I made the payment upfront. Despite multiple email inquiries, Outlaw Holsters has not responded regarding whether they can fulfill the order. I am left in the dark after paying $39.00, unable to receive a response from their customer service.

Despite being home and watching for the delivery, I received a text stating the package had been delivered and signed for at my address, which did not happen. I would like to report a scam that happened to me on eBay. I have been dealing with this issue since February 19, [redacted]. The seller used multiple names like CITY C oCo ELECTRIC and E BIKE WHOLESALER. I wanted to purchase a Vespa scooter advertised on eBay. After paying for it, I requested the title and owner's manual before shipping. The scooter arrived without the title or manual. When I asked for them, the seller claimed they didn't have any, then sent me a fake title from a different manufacturer in China. This scooter is not legal in the USA and doesn't work. The seller has no contact information for the warranty they promised. eBay needs to do more to stop such sellers. I can't license the scooter without a title, and they charged me sales tax without a Minnesota retail exemption number, meaning I might have to pay it again. I need assistance with this situation. I am currently frustrated and upset as I have an open return request, and the seller informed me via email that they would send a return label, which I have yet to receive to send back the damaged item. I have reached out to your colleagues on the online chat, requesting the label, as the seller claimed to have sent it to me, but neither the seller nor eBay has provided it. I have photographic evidence of this. Since this purchase is covered by eBay's money-back guarantee, I am seeking a full refund for the damaged and faulty item. I plan to dispose of the item if I cannot return it due to the absence of a return label. It is essential to resolve this promptly, as I paid for a product I cannot use. If the seller does not provide the label, I will have to escalate the issue with my bank. The lack of cooperation from the seller regarding the return label is unacceptable. I expect a refund for the defective item, as I have already paid a significant amount for it. If the situation is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to involve my bank in disputing the transaction.
